Hennessey’s MaxBoost 435 was a period upgrade for the Lincoln MKS EcoBoost, not a package shown in the company’s current vehicle lineup. A March 1, 2010, Jalopnik first-drive report described its hardware and reported 435 hp and 405 lb-ft, along with a 4.5-second 0–60 mph run. Those are figures from that report, not independently certified measurements.
What the MaxBoost 435 changed
Matt Hardigree’s March 1, 2010, Jalopnik first-drive report described the MaxBoost 435 as an upgrade to the Lincoln MKS with the twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. The report cited stock output of 355 hp and 350 lb-ft, compared with 435 hp and 405 lb-ft for the upgraded car.
The article listed these elements of the package:
- Dual cold-air intake
- Polished intercooler piping
- CORSA stainless-steel cat-back exhaust
- Engine tuning
The report does not provide an official Hennessey specification sheet or enough detail to confirm that the listed parts fit a particular MKS today. Treat them as a description of the 2010 package, not a current parts list or a recipe for reproducing it.
Performance figures reported in 2010
Jalopnik reported a 0–60 mph time of 4.5 seconds and a quarter-mile run of 13.0 seconds at 106 mph for the MaxBoost 435. These are period figures from that first-drive article; they should not be read as results guaranteed for every car, or as independently verified testing.

Historical price and warranty
The same 2010 report listed a historical price of $4,495 installed or $3,495 by mail order. Those are period prices, not current quotes or evidence that the package can still be ordered. It also described a one-year warranty at the time; that statement does not establish coverage for a surviving MaxBoost 435 car today.
Is the MaxBoost 435 available now?
Hennessey’s current vehicle lineup does not list the Lincoln MKS. That means the package is not shown as a current offering on the lineup page; it does not prove the company cannot help a legacy owner. Present availability or serviceability would need direct confirmation from Hennessey.

Does Hennessey’s current registry cover a 2010 MKS?
Not on the evidence available from the current registry page. Hennessey says its authentication package for qualifying vehicles includes a Certificate of Authenticity and original build order. The page describes limits for covered builds: they must be after January 1, 2014, and built in California or Texas. It also says mail-order parts and kits are not validated, and notes that vehicles built before 2012 may be legacy models missing from the verification database.
Because the MaxBoost 435 was reported in 2010, the registry rules do not establish that a 2010 MKS qualifies. If documentation or authentication matters for a specific car, contact Hennessey with its VIN and build records rather than assuming eligibility.

What an MKS owner should verify before buying parts
The period report’s mention of an intake, intercooler piping, exhaust, and tuning does not confirm current fitment or availability. For any present-day modification, verify the exact model year and engine, the part’s fitment listing, installation requirements, emissions rules where the car is registered, and the warranty terms that apply to that specific work.
Hennessey’s current warranty activation page describes three-year/36,000-mile coverage for qualifying Hennessey-installed upgrades, subject to exclusions. It does not establish that the historical MaxBoost 435, a mail-order kit, or a particular used MKS has that coverage. Obtain written confirmation tied to the vehicle and work before relying on warranty protection.
