Hennessey’s official materials document limited warranty coverage and specialist Venom F5 retailers, but they do not establish that Hennessey has matched Ferrari or Bugatti in either area. The exact “crucial way” suggested by the headline remains unclear, and there is no directly comparable evidence here about the three brands’ warranty terms or service networks.
What Hennessey’s coverage does—and does not—show
Hennessey Performance says it offers bumper-to-bumper and powertrain limited warranties on its builds. Its warranty information page also says owners are responsible for routine maintenance and warns that missing service records or receipts may lead to a warranty denial. The page was last reviewed October 13, 2022, so treat it as published policy information, not a substitute for the paperwork that governs a particular car. Read Hennessey Performance’s warranty information.
That page says coverage begins when a vehicle leaves Hennessey’s production and testing facility for final delivery; the owner receives a limited warranty document recording the initial date and mileage. It describes the warranty as non-transferable and says a second owner cannot purchase or extend it. For a specific vehicle, the warranty document is the key reference.
Hennessey’s warranty registration form states three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, for Hennessey-installed upgrades, and limits that coverage to the installed items. That is not a complete warranty description for every Hennessey vehicle. See the Hennessey Registry warranty registration form.
#1 Best Overall
- Has good sealing performance to prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
- Made of high-strength metal materials, it has durability and reliability.

- Transmission Valve Body K114
Separately, a 2025 Hennessey press release describes the company’s vehicles as backed by a three-year/36,000-mile limited warranty. That is a company statement, not an individual vehicle’s warranty contract; confirm the applicable terms and scope in the vehicle’s documents. Read Hennessey’s 2025 press release.
How Hennessey says warranty service is handled
Hennessey’s warranty information page directs owners to contact customer service first. The company says it decides whether an issue can be handled directly, by a traveling technician, at a local authorized dealer, or at its production facility. Its page also says most modified builds need little or no maintenance beyond the original equipment manufacturer’s schedule, while routine maintenance remains the owner’s responsibility. These are Hennessey’s published descriptions, not an independent assessment of service quality or reliability. Hennessey’s warranty and service guidance.

Venom F5 retailers are a separate network
Hennessey Special Vehicles lists Venom F5 retailers in London, Toronto, Charlotte, Nashville, Dubai, and Houston. The official locator is the place to check the current list, since locations can change. Check the Venom F5 dealer locator.
Past company announcements describe specialist sales and service for Venom F5 buyers: Warren Henry Auto Group was named Hennessey’s Miami retailer on September 22, 2022, and H.R. Owen was named its London retailer on December 13, 2022, serving European Coupe and Roadster buyers. These announcements document those appointments at the time; they do not establish current availability or equivalent coverage in every market. Hennessey Performance also describes an authorized dealer network for its modified vehicles, naming authorized Ford and Chevrolet dealers. That network is distinct from the Venom F5 specialist retailer list. See Hennessey Performance’s authorized dealer information.
Performance and production figures are not proof of parity
Hennessey’s 2025 company press material describes the Venom F5 as a US-built car with a bespoke twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V8, Coupe and Roadster body styles, and a company-stated production limit of 99 models. It lists the F5 Evolution at 2,031 horsepower. Those are manufacturer figures; they do not demonstrate equivalent warranty terms, service access, reliability, or customer experience versus Ferrari or Bugatti. See Hennessey’s Venom F5 Evolution information.

To determine whether Hennessey has reached Ferrari’s or Bugatti’s level in a specific ownership capability, a valid comparison would need the same kinds of documents for named models and model years. At minimum, compare:
- warranty duration and mileage limits;
- exclusions, transferability, and whether coverage applies to the whole vehicle or only modifications;
- where service is available and who performs it; and
- the model, year, region, and warranty document each claim concerns.
No directly comparable Ferrari and Bugatti warranty or service-network evidence is established here. As a result, the available facts support describing Hennessey’s own stated coverage and retailer arrangements—not claiming that they equal either rival’s.
