Launch coverage described a planned run of 25 road cars, but the available reports date to August 2025 and do not establish whether customer cars have since been completed or delivered.
What is the Garagisti & Co. GP1?
The GP1 is the debut hypercar project from Garagisti & Co., a company presenting the car as a contemporary take on the analogue supercars of earlier decades. Its appeal, as announced, is not simply its power output: the defining choices are a naturally aspirated engine, a manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. Garagisti & Co. boss Mario Escudero described the concept to Top Gear as an attempt to bring modern technology to an analogue driving idea.
The car was unveiled in August 2025 through launch imagery and reported specifications. Those reports describe a development project, not a tested production car; they do not provide independently verified road performance.

The power figures should be read as manufacturer-announced specifications reported by the outlets, not as results from an independent test. How is the GP1 designed?
Exterior and aerodynamics
Styling is credited to Angel Guerra, whose previous associations include Bugatti and Rimac. Launch coverage describes wedge-shaped design references and a prominent rear diffuser and underbody aerodynamics. These are descriptions of the design and its intended approach; the reports do not establish independently measured aerodynamic performance.
Cabin and intended use
Reports describe a pared-back, twin-cockpit interior with no screen or minimal screen use. RUSH Magazine says Garagisti & Co. positions the GP1 as a road car with touring comfort and luggage utility. That is the company’s stated positioning, rather than a verified assessment of cabin comfort or practicality.

How many GP1 cars will be built?
Garagisti & Co. announced a planned run of 25 road cars, according to Top Gear, RUSH Magazine and Quattroruote. The company also described a bespoke commissioning process. The planned production number is not evidence of how many cars have been sold or built.
RUSH Magazine and Quattroruote reported that the first 12 buyers were to receive access to the Open Doors development program, including development workshops, previews or opportunities to provide feedback. The terms and current availability of that program have not been established in those reports.

How much does the Garagisti GP1 cost?
Launch coverage gives two different prices, so there is no single confirmed figure to quote without qualification. RUSH Magazine reported £2.45 million before local taxes and delivery, while Quattroruote reported £2.45 million before taxes. Top Gear reported £2.94 million per car. These are August 2025 media reports with differing stated bases; they should not be treated as a current final invoice price.

The August 2025 reports establish only the project’s launch-era status. Top Gear said the unveiling images were renders and described the project as being in advanced engineering and production. RUSH Magazine reported that no working prototype had been revealed at the time of its article. Neither those reports nor the launch specifications establish current production progress as of 8 October 2026, customer deliveries or independent driving performance.
