Forthing is scheduled to display four vehicles at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, not two confirmed all-new models. The organizer’s 1 October preview lists the TK5 BEV, TK5 PHEV, TK7 PHEV and V9 PHEV Camping Edition, but does not call any of them a world premiere or identify two as new models. The show is scheduled for 12–18 October at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; Forthing is listed at Hall 7, stand D11.
What Forthing is scheduled to show
The Paris Motor Show’s 1 October 2026 preview describes a four-vehicle display spanning a battery-electric SUV, plug-in-hybrid SUVs and a camping-oriented plug-in-hybrid people carrier.
| Vehicle | Powertrain | Type and announced focus |
|---|---|---|
| TK5 BEV | Battery electric (BEV) | Urban SUV; the preview highlights efficiency, charging speed and safety. |
| TK5 PHEV | Plug-in hybrid (PHEV) | Plug-in-hybrid version of the same urban SUV. |
| TK7 PHEV | Plug-in hybrid (PHEV) | Family SUV; the preview emphasizes cabin modularity, onboard technology and everyday versatility. |
| V9 PHEV Camping Edition | Plug-in hybrid (PHEV) | People carrier oriented toward vanlife; announced equipment includes a retractable roof tent, convertible bed and side awning. |
TK5 is called T5 in some international markets, according to the organizer’s preview. The descriptions above reflect that announcement; it does not provide independently verified performance, safety, range or charging results, or confirm that every named feature will be available in every market.
Does the preview confirm two all-new models?
No. The available event announcement names four vehicles, but it does not describe two as all-new or confirm that any is making a world premiere. The headline claim of two new models therefore remains unverified by the dated preview. It is more accurate to describe the appearance as a four-vehicle Forthing lineup and a preview of the brand’s French-market presence.

The show organizer identifies Forthing as part of Dongfeng and frames the display as part of the brand’s effort to develop its European and French-market presence. Its preview, based on a Forthing press release, says the brand has operated in Europe since 2022, has a presence in Germany and Italy, and is entering three additional European markets in 2026, including France. Those expansion details are the organizer’s reporting, not independently audited market data.
