Ford Australia’s 2027 Everest Wolftrak is the first SUV to wear the Wolftrak name, previously used on Ranger pickups. It brings distinctive green styling and standard towing equipment to the seven-seat Everest range. Ford’s vehicle page is for Australia; the inspected sources do not establish availability in other markets.
What is the Ford Everest Wolftrak?
Ford describes the Wolftrak as a special-edition Everest with a look and character of its own. The name has appeared on Ranger pickups before, including a 2021 European special edition and a 2026 Ranger announcement; those were trucks, not Everest SUVs. Ford’s announcements document that pickup history, but their specifications should not be applied to the Everest. What distinguishes the Wolftrak?
The main difference is its appearance and included towing equipment, rather than a separate body style. Ford lists exclusive Traction Green paint, Lime Zest accents, Wolftrak badging, matte-black 20-inch alloy wheels with all-season tyres, and leather-accented seats with green detailing and stitching. The page also lists a 12-inch infotainment display with SYNC 4A, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 400W Pro Power Onboard inverter.
A premium towing pack is standard, including a tow bar, integrated trailer brake controller and Pro Trailer Backup Assist. Ford’s inspected page references a towing figure in footnote context, but the available specification text does not establish the limit clearly enough to quote here.

Engines, transmission and drivetrain
Ford Australia lists a 2.0L turbo-diesel and a 3.0L V6 turbo-diesel, paired with a 10-speed automatic. The page describes part-time 4×4 or full-time 4WD availability. It does not establish that every engine can be combined with every drivetrain, so confirm the exact configuration with a dealer.
How does it compare with the Wildtrak?
Ford’s FAQ positions the Wildtrak as touring-focused, highlighting Matrix LED headlights, a panoramic roof and a power-fold third row. The Wolftrak’s defining emphasis is its green exterior and interior treatment and standard towing pack. These are differences in focus and equipment; check the specification for the exact vehicle and market before comparing individual features.

Carscoops reports that the Wolftrak replaces the 2026 Wildtrak special edition in Australia’s 2027 lineup and sits above Active and Sport but below Tremor and Platinum. That lineup account is Carscoops’ reporting, not a statement on the Ford Australia model page.
Australian price and availability
Carscoops reported Australian starting prices of AU$73,000 for the 2.0L and AU$79,990 for the 3.0L V6. These are reported prices, not confirmed current drive-away quotes; check current pricing, fees and vehicle configuration with Carscoops’ report and a Ford Australia dealer. Ford says availability depends on stock at participating dealers and advises buyers to confirm locally. Its inspected page does not give a delivery timetable. No availability outside Australia is established by these sources.

Wheel option reported by Carscoops
Ford’s feature panel lists 20-inch matte-black alloys with all-season tyres. Carscoops additionally reports an option for 17-inch wheels with all-terrain tyres at no cost. Because that alternative is not established in the inspected Ford page, confirm it in current order documentation before relying on it.
