Factory options, paint and equipment packs can increase the configured price. Ford lists options and accessories separately; accessory prices generally exclude fitting unless Ford says otherwise. For example, ask for a fitted quote if you are considering the Winter Pack or a detachable towbar.
How much more is the automatic?
For the Titanium 125PS mild-hybrid, Ford lists the manual at £27,145 OTR and the automatic at £28,945 OTR—a £1,800 difference between those listed configurations. That comparison is specific to those two Titanium versions; it does not establish a universal automatic surcharge across the range.

Ford offers and eligibility
Ford’s live mild-hybrid page shows a £1,000 Welcome to Ford saving. Its Gen-E page describes a £3,750 EV grant and a Power Promise package that may include a home charger and charging credit for eligible retail customers contracting by 31 December 2026. Ford states that geographic exclusions apply. These offers are time-sensitive and eligibility-bound; check Ford’s current Puma and Puma Gen-E offer terms and confirm the discount and conditions in your dealer paperwork.
Dealer terms and price protection
The manufacturer list price is not a market-wide average or a promise of the amount every buyer pays. Dealer terms and applicable customer offers can affect the order price. Ford’s list also describes a customer order price-protection plan for delivery within six months, with exceptions for changes in tax or legislation. Ask the dealer whether it applies to your order and what conditions govern it.

How to compare a Ford Puma quote
- Choose the powertrain: decide whether you want the mild-hybrid petrol Puma or the fully electric Gen-E; their trim names and price lists differ.
- Match the trim and equipment: compare Titanium, ST-Line, ST-Line Black Package, ST-Line X, ST or ST Edition against the relevant Gen-E trim, and account for included equipment.
- Match output and transmission: identify the engine output and whether the mild-hybrid is manual or automatic.
- Compare the same price basis: check whether each figure is OTR, VAT-inclusive RRP or a dealer order quote.
- Itemise additions and offers: include options, paint, accessories and fitting, then verify any saving or EV support against current eligibility and order terms.
