FIAT lists a $13,995 MSRP before destination, 46 miles of range and a 19-mph top speed without its planned Street Legal Conversion Kit. It is a two-seat low-speed vehicle for short trips, not a conventional car or a highway vehicle.
Is the Fiat Topolino available in the U.S.?
FIAT’s U.S. launch announcement says limited quantities of the 2026 Topolino and Topolino Dolcevita were available through select U.S. dealers. That confirms a U.S. launch, but it does not guarantee that a particular dealer has one in stock now. Contact a local participating dealer to check availability and delivery timing.
FIAT describes the Topolino as a compact low-speed on-road vehicle intended for neighborhood and lifestyle use. It seats two and measures 99.6 inches long, 56.4 inches wide and 61.2 inches high, with a published curb weight of 1,073 pounds. These are manufacturer specifications; they are not independent test results. See the FIAT Topolino product page and U.S. launch announcement.
How much does the Fiat Topolino cost?
FIAT lists a $13,995 MSRP before destination. Its online configuration page lists a $990 destination fee, making the listed vehicle price and destination total $14,985 before any other applicable charges. FIAT says delivery under 50 miles is free through its online store; farther delivery is estimated, and customers are directed to a dealer for full delivery charges. Confirm the itemized price and delivery terms for your location with the dealer. See the FIAT Live Store configuration page.

What are the U.S. Topolino’s range, speed and charging figures?
FIAT publishes a maximum range of 46 miles and a maximum speed of 19 mph without the Street Legal Conversion Kit. The U.S. launch release specifies a 5.4-kWh lithium-ion battery. FIAT says charging to 100% takes about five hours using a 120-volt American outlet; the launch release gives charging at 2.3 kW AC. These are manufacturer figures, not independently verified real-world results, so actual range and charging time may vary with conditions.
- Range: up to 46 miles, according to FIAT.
- Top speed before the kit: 19 mph, according to FIAT.
- Battery: 5.4 kWh, as stated in FIAT’s U.S. launch release.
- Charging: about five hours to 100% from a 120-volt outlet, per FIAT.

Can you drive a Fiat Topolino on public roads?
Road access depends on the vehicle’s equipment and the rules that apply where it is driven. FIAT says the Topolino cannot be driven on highways or major roads. Its U.S. product page says a Street Legal Conversion Kit is expected in Fall 2026; when properly equipped, the vehicle is estimated to reach up to 25 mph. FIAT says the kit adds a rearview mirror, backup camera and pedestrian alert system at no additional cost, and that properly equipped Topolinos can be used on most roads with a posted limit of 35 mph or less.

Do not assume those statements make the Topolino universally street legal. Check current federal, state and local requirements, and confirm the final kit’s availability and the vehicle’s required equipment with FIAT or a dealer before planning public-road use. The FIAT U.S. product page provides the manufacturer’s current stated limits and kit timing.
What is the difference between Topolino and Topolino Dolcevita?
FIAT’s U.S. materials identify two body styles. The standard Topolino has doors and a glass sunroof. The Dolcevita adds door ropes and a rollable soft-top opening for a more open-air configuration. FIAT’s launch release lists Verde Vita exterior color, LED lamps and a phone holder among the vehicle’s details. Check the dealer’s listing for the specific configuration and equipment being offered.

The Topolino’s short range and low speed make it important to compare intended routes and local road eligibility—not just purchase price. For a neighborhood electric vehicle, golf cart or other low-speed alternative, compare the following using current, like-for-like figures:
- Total delivered price, including destination and local delivery charges.
- Range, top speed and which roads the vehicle may use in your jurisdiction.
- Charging time and whether the available outlet suits your routine.
- Seating, cargo capacity and any combined weight limit.
- Weather protection and whether an open-air body style fits your needs.
- Dealer, service and support access near you.
The available FIAT sources establish the Topolino’s U.S. figures, but they do not provide a like-for-like current specification and price set for competing U.S. models. A reliable ranking against alternatives cannot be made from these figures alone.

FIAT brand CEO Olivier Francois said, “Topolino represents a new chapter for the brand in the U.S. – defined not just by size, but by purpose,” in the U.S. launch release. That release also names Motori & Customs as a third-party outfitter offering curated Topolino editions and bespoke customization; confirm its current services and any commercial relationship directly before relying on them.
FIAT reported that the Topolino held a 20% share of the European quadricycle market in 2025. That figure is specific to Europe and does not indicate U.S. market share or demand. FIAT’s international Corallo announcement also describes European-market specifications; those should not be substituted for the U.S. figures above. Likewise, the UK press kit covers the UK market, not U.S. launch specifications.
