What the offer does—and does not—guarantee
Costco describes its Auto Program as providing low, prearranged pricing through approved dealers, alongside applicable manufacturer incentives. Costco and its affiliates do not sell the vehicles or negotiate individual transactions; you complete the purchase or lease with the dealer. Vehicle availability and actual savings can vary by vehicle, dealer, and location.
That means the advertised $1,000 or $1,250 incentive is not a guaranteed out-the-door price or a promise of total savings beyond that amount. Ask the dealer for an itemized quote, including fees and any incentives, and compare it with other offers for which you qualify. Volkswagen’s offers and specials page also lists current manufacturer promotions.
