Citroën India presents the Aircross X as a compact SUV that can be configured for five or seven occupants. The seating choice is the first practical decision: a five-seat layout leaves more usable luggage space behind the second row, while the seven-seat layout adds a third row for occasional passengers. Ask which USB ports, charging hardware and audio controls are included on the exact variant, because the headline touchscreen specification does not by itself establish those details.

Five seats or seven: how to choose
Choose five seats when
- Most journeys carry one to four people.
- You regularly need luggage room behind the second row.
- You prefer not to fold or access a third row.
- Your child-seat arrangement works best across the first two rows; verify ISOFIX positions on the vehicle.
Choose seven seats when
- You occasionally carry six or seven people and accept that the rearmost row is an occasional-use space.
- Flexible passenger capacity matters more than maximum luggage volume with every seat occupied.
- You have checked entry access, seat-belt routing and the fold-and-slide operation of the second row in person.
Take the people who will use the car to the test drive. Sit in every row, load the child seats or luggage you actually carry, and check whether the folded seats leave a level cargo floor. Published seating capacity does not tell you how comfortable a particular passenger will find the third row.

The available material supports a specification-led assessment of the Aircross: seating choices, engines, outputs, published efficiency, ground clearance, listed safety equipment, touchscreen connectivity and colour count.
