The Chrysler Pacifica Grizzly Peak is an all-wheel-drive van-life concept, not a retail trim announced for sale. Unveiled in August 2025, it uses a Pacifica Limited AWD as its starting point and adds a lifted stance, all-terrain tires, roof-mounted gear and a cabin layout aimed at cargo and sleeping flexibility. Chrysler called it a “test bed”; its announcement gives no price, release date or ordering information.

What is the Chrysler Pacifica Grizzly Peak?

Chrysler presented the Grizzly Peak as a concept for van-life and overland travel, based on the Pacifica Limited AWD. The automaker planned to show it at Overland Expo Mountain West in Loveland, Colorado, from August 22–24, 2025. Its stated purpose was to explore an adventure-oriented Pacifica and gather feedback from van-life adventurers—not to announce a production model. Chrysler’s August 22, 2025 announcement is the source for the concept’s specifications and equipment.

That distinction matters: the Grizzly Peak’s modifications are features of this concept build. Chrysler has not established them as factory options, a purchasable package or verified upgrades for an owner’s Pacifica.

What changes make it adventure-oriented?

Lift, tires and protective details

Chrysler lists a 2.75-inch front lift and a 2.5-inch rear lift over a standard Pacifica Limited AWD. The concept wears 31-inch BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires on 18-inch Foreshadow wheels. It also has a lower-body protective wrap and Mopar splash guards.

Those are the announced build specifications, not a published ground-clearance measurement or proof that the same tire-and-lift setup fits a customer’s Pacifica. The release provides no measured clearance, trail-performance results or production fitment guidance.

Roof and lighting equipment

The roof setup combines a Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform, roof-mounted TYRI auxiliary LEDs and an ARB retractable awning. Baja Designs LP4 LED fog-lamp pods are mounted at the front. Chrysler names the brands and product families, but does not specify the exact TYRI or ARB models.

The concept’s Rhino-Rack equipment should not be assigned the roof-load limit for a production Pacifica’s different rack. For context, the 2024 Pacifica owner’s manual states a maximum load of 150 lb (68 kg) for that model’s equipped Stow ’n Place roof rack, with loads secured on deployed crossbars. That is a model-specific limit for the Stow ’n Place system, not a rating for the Grizzly Peak’s Rhino-Rack platform.

How is the cabin set up for cargo and sleeping?

The concept retains a Limited-model interior and integrated console, but replaces the third-row seats with a cargo-floor panel. Chrysler says it adds tie-down points behind the second row and rear 115-volt / 450-watt power access. Together, those changes create more flexible cargo and sleeping space than a cabin with the third row installed; the announcement does not provide a mattress size, sleeping capacity or detailed bed-conversion instructions.

Other announced interior details include Cement Gray and Liquid Titanium accents, Katzkin leather seating surfaces, orange seat belts, a sport steering wheel with dimple perforation and paddle shifters, Mopar stackable totes, all-weather floor mats, a space-saver spare and a Mopar roadside first-aid kit.

For production-vehicle context, Chrysler’s 2024 Pacifica design page describes available Stow ’n Go seating and storage; it notes that Pinnacle and Plug-in Hybrid models have third-row Stow ’n Go only. That production seating information does not establish that the Grizzly Peak’s concept cargo-floor panel is available for those models or other customer vehicles.

Can you buy or recreate the Grizzly Peak?

Chrysler’s announcement offers no Grizzly Peak price, release date or ordering instructions. It describes the vehicle as a concept and test bed, so the named modifications should not be treated as a dealer-orderable trim or a complete, validated conversion recipe.

The announcement identifies components that could inform an owner’s research—31-inch BFGoodrich KO2 tires, a Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform, an ARB retractable awning, TYRI auxiliary LEDs and Baja Designs LP4 fog-lamp pods—but it does not confirm exact configurations or compatibility with a particular Pacifica year, trim or roof. Before purchasing or installing parts, verify fitment, vehicle limits and installation requirements for the specific vehicle and equipment. Do not assume the concept’s lift and tire combination is suitable for a stock Pacifica.
