Not confirmed. Tesla’s U.S. offers page lists promotional APR financing for several Model Y trims and, separately, free options for the Model Y L Premium Launch Series. It does not confirm that a complimentary paint or wheel upgrade on another inventory vehicle stacks with the APR promotion. A listing that shows an APR, paint color, and wheels together does not prove the options are free or that two promotions are combined.
What Tesla’s U.S. offers page confirms
Tesla lists 1.49% APR for up to 72 months on new Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive, All-Wheel Drive, Premium Rear-Wheel Drive, and Premium All-Wheel Drive vehicles. The promotion is for well-qualified buyers with excellent credit who order on or after September 3, 2026, and requires at least 5% down, plus applicable taxes and fees. Tesla excludes used vehicles, enterprise sales, and Model Y L Premium. The offer may change or end at any time and cannot be applied retroactively. How the free-options offer differs
The same Tesla page describes a Model Y L Premium Launch Series starting at $61,990 with free interior and exterior options, including paint color, interior, wheels, and towing capabilities. Because Tesla excludes Model Y L Premium from the stated 1.49% APR promotion, the page does not support treating that Launch Series offer and the 1.49% APR as stackable.
For other Model Y trims, the page does not settle whether an inventory-specific complimentary paint or wheel upgrade can be combined with the applicable APR. Do not assume either that stacking is allowed or that it is prohibited without checking the terms for the exact vehicle.

What an inventory listing does—and doesn’t—show
A Tesla listing for one new Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive displayed Quicksilver paint, 19-inch Crossflow wheels, and 1.99% APR financing with a stated down payment and 72-month term. The listing shows that vehicle configuration and financing can appear together, but it does not describe the paint or wheels as free upgrades or establish that separate promotions stack. Individual listings can change or disappear. View Tesla’s new Model Y inventory and check the specific listing rather than generalizing from one vehicle.

How to verify the deal before ordering
- Confirm the exact trim and vehicle. Check whether the car is new and which Model Y trim it is; the listed APR promotion excludes Model Y L Premium, used vehicles, and enterprise sales.
- Check the order date and financing terms. Confirm the current APR, term, credit qualifications, required down payment, and applicable taxes and fees in the offer and order flow.
- Inspect the itemized vehicle price. Verify whether the paint and wheels are included at no added charge or appear as paid options. Tesla’s Model Y configurator presents equipment choices and financing estimates, using the delivery ZIP code; seeing both in the same flow does not establish that a complimentary upgrade applies.
- Read the final order terms for that vehicle. If the listing or salesperson describes a free upgrade, confirm in the order documents whether it is included and whether it affects the APR offer. Compare the final vehicle price, down payment, APR, and term—not just the monthly payment—against another vehicle’s terms.
