How much does the Bugatti Tourbillon cost?
Bugatti announced on March 20, 2025, that each Tourbillon would start at €3.8 million, with production limited to 250 examples worldwide. That is a manufacturer-stated starting price, not the price of every finished car: Bugatti has not published a final configured price or a market-by-market tax breakdown in the cited announcement. The release reported that customer configurations were beginning, but it does not establish current unallocated inventory or present-day order availability. What Bugatti says about the hybrid powertrain and range
The layout combines the V16 with two electric motors at the front and one at the rear. In a separate June 12, 2025 powertrain release, Bugatti described a T-shaped battery of about 25 kWh, containing more than 1,500 cells, and said the system enables more than 60 km of electric range. This release’s rounded “about 25 kWh” description is distinct from the June 2024 technical sheet’s more precise 24.8 kWh gross capacity; neither should be mistaken for a separately established final production measurement.

Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac described the electric system as enabling the combustion engine, saying: “The electric powertrain, being very high tech, very high performance, is actually enabling this very emotional combustion engine. Type-approval status and how to read the figures
Bugatti’s June 2024 technical sheet says type approval had not yet been granted at that time, and explains that the car was therefore not subject to the cited fuel-consumption and emissions directive. The WLTP electric-range figure is a manufacturer-listed specification; it does not establish that the full vehicle had completed type approval. The official Tourbillon page also carries a footer stating that type approval had not yet been granted when its entry was published. The cited materials do not establish a later approval status.

Official Bugatti Tourbillon photos
Bugatti’s official Tourbillon premiere page includes image-download assets. Its June 2025 powertrain release displays eight images, including views of the rear powertrain, front e-axle, battery, and Mate Rimac. These are useful primary sources for vehicle and engineering imagery. The cited pages do not specify republication licensing terms, so publishers should confirm permission before reusing the images.

Bugatti says customers can configure a Tourbillon at Château Saint Jean in Molsheim or through its retail locations worldwide. Its March 2025 announcement presents Équipe Pur Sang as a bespoke option with exterior, aerodynamic, wheel, exhaust, seating, and interior changes. Bugatti did not state a price for the option.
