As of October 8, 2026, Brough Superior says it has no representation in the United States and that US sales are limited to non-street-legal collector motorcycles sold directly from its factory in France. Its official dealer page also warns that a US-branded website claiming to represent the marque is unauthorized. That makes “enters America” a misleading description of current buying options.
Can you buy a Brough Superior motorcycle in the US?
Brough Superior’s official dealer page says, “Currently, Brough Superior is not represented in the USA.” It says the only motorcycles sold there are non-street-legal collector models, available directly from the factory in France. The page gives no start date for this status, so it establishes the manufacturer’s position as currently stated, not when the US representation ended or changed.
The manufacturer also explicitly disavows the US-branded website broughsuperiormotorcycles.us, Heroes Motor LLC, and Serge Bueno, stating that they are unauthorized and cannot distribute Brough Superior products, take deposits, or place orders. A California address or an “official distributor” claim on that site should not be treated as evidence of an authorized launch. For current status, consult the manufacturer’s official dealer page.
Does the new AMB 002 Roadster mean US street-legal availability?
No. In a September 9, 2026 newsroom announcement, Brough Superior called the AMB 002 Roadster “the first-ever road-legal Aston Martin and Brough Superior motorcycle.” The same announcement describes the earlier AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro as track-only. That is a distinction about the models; it does not establish US homologation, a US dealer, or US delivery. The manufacturer’s dealer page still states that Brough Superior is not represented in the USA.

Read the model announcement on the Brough Superior newsroom. Road-legal in the announcement should not be read as a promise that the AMB 002 can be registered or bought through an authorized US retail channel.
Why is Brough Superior called the “Rolls-Royce of Motorcycles”?
“Rolls-Royce of Motorcycles” is a historical sobriquet for Brough Superior, associated with its bespoke construction and luxury reputation. It is not evidence of a business relationship with Rolls-Royce. Brough Superior’s official Japan importer release says George Brough founded the marque in 1919 and that it was revived in France in 2013.

What does a real market entry look like?
A named, dated importer appointment is a clearer sign of authorized market representation than a website or a model announcement. Moto Corse’s official release says it became Brough Superior’s official and exclusive importer in Japan on October 1, 2025. That Japanese appointment does not extend to the United States, where the manufacturer’s dealer page says it has no representative.
The comparison matters because three separate questions are often blurred together: whether a model exists, whether it is road-legal in some market, and whether an authorized seller can deliver it in the buyer’s country. The AMB 002 announcement addresses the first two in its own terms; the current US dealer information does not establish the third. See Brough Superior’s newsroom and dealer information.

A Brough Superior alternative for collectors
For readers drawn to the marque’s history rather than a US motorcycle purchase, Brough Superior’s newsroom highlights Taschen’s Ultimate Collector Motorcycles box set. The manufacturer says the two-volume set includes four Brough Superior machines, including the 1938 Golden Dream, and comprises 940 pages and almost 10 kilograms.
