Best overall approach: choose a body kit only after identifying your Escalade-V’s exact bumper generation, wheelbase and sensor layout, and choose an exhaust only after obtaining written VIN-level confirmation that it supports the V’s active valves and quad outlets. The LARTE Design ESTHETE range is the most clearly documented V-specific body-kit option in the available catalog information. Cadillac Performance GM part 86304444 is the best-documented OEM-style exhaust reference, but its listing does not explicitly identify Escalade-V trim, so dealer confirmation is mandatory.
The Escalade-V already delivers 682 horsepower, a lowered V-Series chassis, selectable V-Mode, active exhaust valves and quad outlets. Your purchase therefore affects styling, sound, fitment and serviceability more than basic power. A standard-Escalade part that appears similar can still interfere with valves, outlet alignment, parking sensors or warranty coverage.

What the factory Escalade-V already has
Cadillac’s 2024 specification sheet describes a hand-built supercharged V8 rated at 682 horsepower (Cadillac, 2023). Cadillac also reports 0–60 mph in under 4.4 seconds based on GM testing (Cadillac, 2023). The V is not simply a regular Escalade with an engine tune: it has exclusive V-Series front and rear fascias, a lowered suspension, selectable V-Mode, active exhaust valves and quad exhaust outlets.
Those features establish the buying priorities. A body kit must follow the V fascia’s dimensions and preserve driver-assistance hardware. An exhaust must accommodate the V’s valve controls, rear-muffler packaging and four-outlet geometry. Treat horsepower claims from aftermarket parts as secondary until you have proved that the part is physically and electronically compatible.

Start with exact fitment, not the product name
“Escalade-V” covers multiple body configurations and a styling transition. Before requesting a quote, record the VIN, model year, short-wheelbase Escalade or V-ESV, build date and whether the vehicle has the pre-facelift or facelift front and rear geometry. A 2024 registration year alone does not identify the bumper version.
Pre-facelift and facelift ranges
LARTE Design separates its ESTHETE listings into a 2023–2024 pre-facelift Escalade-V/V-ESV kit and a 2024–2026 facelift V-ESV listing. The overlapping 2024 year is a warning to inspect the actual fascia rather than selecting by calendar year. Send the manufacturer photographs, VIN and measurements if it cannot confirm the transition point from your build date.
V versus V-ESV
The V-ESV has a longer wheelbase and different side and rear proportions. A front-only component may share geometry, while door moldings, fender arches, roof spoiler, tailgate trim and rear bumper pieces can be wheelbase-specific. Never assume that a short-wheelbase kit can be extended or that an ESV rear section will fit the standard body without written confirmation.

Before ordering, photograph every parking sensor, camera aperture, radar opening and lamp on the original bumper. Ask whether each replacement or overlay is molded with the correct openings, whether sensors remain at the factory depth and whether the installer must transfer brackets. A visually clean overlay can create false alerts or block a sensor if its thickness changes the sensing angle.
Body-kit choices
LARTE Design ESTHETE: the clearest V-specific program
The ESTHETE range is the most fully itemized option in the available Escalade-V documentation. Published components can include a hood and hood deflector, grille trim, front-bumper overlay or splitter, optional LED modules, mirror caps, front and rear fender arches, door moldings, roof spoiler, tailgate trim, rear-bumper overlay and a rear diffuser with additional brake lights. Optional forged wheels are also listed.

That catalog is a menu, not a guarantee that every vehicle receives every part. Confirm whether your quotation is for a full package or selected panels, and request a component-by-component packing list. Ask specifically whether the rear diffuser’s additional brake lights require wiring, coding, a separate fuse or a different harness. The same question applies to optional LED modules.
Material and finish decisions
LARTE states that buyers can select carbon fiber or composite materials, along with different finishes and partial or full configurations. Carbon fiber can provide a distinctive weave and lower panel mass, but the visible finish, UV protection and repair method matter more than the label. Composite parts may be easier to paint and repair, while a painted finish can integrate better with a factory color than exposed weave.

- Painted carbon or composite: confirm who performs preparation, primer, color matching and blending into adjacent factory panels.
- Partial kit: useful when you want a splitter, diffuser or arches without changing every body line; verify that retained factory pieces still meet the new panel edges.
- Full kit: creates a coherent appearance but increases installation time, paint work, shipping exposure and the number of parts that must align.
MANSORY: premium alternative requiring verification
MANSORY’s official Cadillac catalog describes a complete Escalade customization program with carbon body parts, and its manufacturer catalog lists a Cadillac Escalade V (MY2026) full body kit. The available listing does not establish the exact V or V-ESV component list, final finish, delivery status or compatibility with earlier model years. Treat those items as questions for MANSORY or an authorized installer before paying a deposit. Do not infer that a MY2026 kit fits a 2023–2025 vehicle because the name is similar.
How to evaluate a body kit before ordering

Exhaust upgrades that respect the V’s hardware
Cadillac Performance GM 86304444
Cadillac Performance lists part 86304444 as a stainless 6.2L short-wheelbase cat-back package. The published contents include a rear muffler assembly, Y-pipe, clamps, a polished tip and mounting hardware. Cadillac Performance claims up to 11 horsepower and 6 lb-ft of torque and a 30% reduction in backpressure at 300 g/s on its current product page. These are manufacturer claims, not an independent Escalade-V comparison test.
The listing states that the system is 50-state emissions legal. Cadillac Performance also says installation by an authorized GM dealership will not void the New Vehicle Limited Warranty; coverage is the greater of the remaining bumper-to-bumper warranty or 12 months/12,000 miles. Confirm the terms for your vehicle and installation date in writing because warranty administration can depend on dealer records and the affected component.

The critical limitation is fitment wording: the page lists Escalade model years but does not explicitly name Escalade-V trim. The package is therefore a reference point, not an automatic recommendation. Have a Cadillac dealer or the manufacturer validate your VIN, V trim, wheelbase, active-valve connection and quad-outlet alignment before ordering. If the part is intended only for the regular 6.2L Escalade, it may not provide the required V hardware even though the engine displacement appears identical.
Why a regular Escalade cat-back may not fit
A cat-back’s nominal inlet diameter does not determine compatibility by itself. The V can use different muffler packaging, valve actuators, control wiring, hanger locations and rear fascia spacing. Quad outlets also need to sit correctly in the V diffuser openings. A system designed for two outlets or a different valve arrangement can require cutting, adapters or actuator relocation, any of which undermines the claimed emissions and warranty position.
Ask for a diagram or installation statement showing the inlet, valve location, hanger points and all four outlet positions. “It fits the 6.2L Escalade” is not the same as “it fits the Escalade-V.”
Borla fitment warning
Borla’s 2023 and 2024 Escalade catalogs list parts 140889 and 140890 but explicitly state that they do not fit Escalade V and ESV vehicles. Borla’s product page describes 140890 for the standard 2021–2026 6.2L Escalade with a 3.5-inch inlet and dual 2.75-inch tailpipes. Those specifications reinforce the warning: a dual-tailpipe standard-Escalade system is not a substitute for the V’s valve-controlled quad-outlet arrangement. Do not order either part for an Escalade-V unless Borla issues a new, V-specific confirmation for your exact VIN and model year.

Buying process: a step-by-step checklist
- Record vehicle identity. Write down the VIN, model year, short-wheelbase or V-ESV designation, build date and whether the front and rear fascia are pre-facelift or facelift.
- Photograph the car. Capture the front grille and sensors, side profile, wheel arches, rear diffuser, exhaust outlets and underside hangers. Include a ruler in close-up photos when a supplier requests dimensions.
- Send the same information to every supplier. Ask LARTE, MANSORY, Cadillac Performance or an authorized dealer to respond against the VIN rather than a generic “Escalade” catalog entry.
- Request an itemized body-kit quote. It should identify every panel, material, finish, bracket, light, harness, wheel and fastener. Mark items that are optional instead of assuming a pictured vehicle includes them.
- Request an exhaust fitment statement. Require explicit confirmation of Escalade-V, wheelbase, active-valve integration, quad outlets, inlet size and emissions status.
- Define installation responsibility. Put paint preparation, sensor transfer, wiring, calibration checks, alignment, underside protection and correction of damaged freight parts in the written scope.
- Plan logistics. Confirm packaging dimensions, shipping insurance, customs or brokerage charges where applicable, inspection-on-delivery rules and the return policy for made-to-order carbon parts.
- Schedule calibration and inspection. After installation, scan for diagnostic or parking-sensor faults, verify camera views, test valve operation in each drive mode and inspect tip alignment at normal ride height.
Installation details that prevent expensive rework
Bodywork and paint
Test-fit every panel before final paint. Check door, hood, tailgate and lamp gaps with neighboring factory panels installed. A splitter or diffuser that is painted before test fitting can require sanding and repainting if its edge sits proud. Exposed carbon should be inspected under bright light for weave consistency, clear-coat defects and edge damage before it is mounted.

Parking sensors and driver assistance
Transfer sensors only with the correct brackets and orientation. Do not bury a sensor in filler, paint or adhesive, and do not enlarge an aperture by eye. After the body kit is installed, scan the vehicle and perform the calibration procedure specified by Cadillac or the qualified repair facility. A warning-free dashboard does not prove that every sensor has the factory field of view.
Lighting and wiring
Optional LED modules and additional diffuser brake lights need protected wiring, suitable connectors and weather sealing. Ask whether the kit is designed for the original control module or requires a separate relay. Route wiring away from exhaust heat and moving suspension parts, and document any added fuse so later service is straightforward.
Exhaust installation
Install the system with the vehicle supported at its normal suspension position when the manufacturer specifies that method. Center each muffler and tip before fully tightening clamps. Check clearance to the diffuser, spare-wheel area, heat shields, fuel lines and bodywork through the suspension’s movement range. Connect valve actuators without twisting the cables or wiring, then verify that the valves respond to V-Mode and the factory drive modes.

The kit is listed for 2024 but does not line up
Likely cause: the vehicle and kit belong to different 2024 fascia generations. Fix: stop drilling or trimming, compare the VIN and build date with the supplier’s pre-facelift or facelift listing, and obtain replacement geometry before painting.

Parking sensors show errors after installation
Likely cause: a sensor is recessed, angled, painted too heavily or blocked by a new overlay. Fix: inspect bracket depth and aperture diameter, restore the sensor’s original orientation, then perform the required scan or calibration.

One exhaust tip sits closer to the diffuser
Likely cause: the system is for a different wheelbase, the hangers were tightened before centering or the part is not V-specific. Fix: loosen and realign the system cold; if geometry remains unequal, stop modifying it and obtain a written fitment review.
Active valves do not move
Likely cause: missing connectors, incompatible actuators or a standard-Escalade system without V controls. Fix: inspect the connectors and fault codes, compare the part number with the V confirmation and avoid bypassing the factory control as a first resort.
New exhaust creates drone or excessive heat
Likely cause: muffler volume, pipe routing or heat shielding differs from the V configuration. Fix: check clearances and shields, document the operating speed and drive mode, and ask the manufacturer for a V-specific remedy rather than adding unapproved restrictions.

Likely cause: excessive fastener load, unsupported edges, impact or inadequate UV protection. Fix: have the installer inspect mounting stress and clear-coat condition; preserve purchase and installation records for any warranty claim.
How to budget beyond the part price
The purchase price is only one line of the project. Body-kit work can add paint preparation, color blending, sensor transfer, LED wiring, wheel and tire changes, alignment checks and specialist carbon repair. Exhaust work can add dealer labor, gaskets, clamps, valve diagnosis and post-installation scanning. Shipping insurance, customs or brokerage charges may apply to large or international shipments. Ask for a written total that separates parts, finishing, labor, calibration and contingency work.
A lower-priced composite panel is not automatically cheaper if it arrives unfinished or requires extensive correction. Conversely, a partial kit can control cost and preserve factory panels, but only if its edges, mounting points and finish are designed to coexist with the retained parts.
Final buying recommendation
For body styling, start with the LARTE Design ESTHETE listing that matches your exact pre-facelift or facelift fascia, then decide between carbon and composite, full and partial coverage, and painted or exposed finish. Treat MANSORY’s MY2026 Escalade V program as a premium option to investigate, not as proof of earlier-year or V-ESV fitment.

For exhaust, begin with Cadillac Performance GM 86304444 because it has the clearest published construction, emissions and warranty information. Do not install it until Cadillac or the manufacturer confirms Escalade-V fitment by VIN, including active valves and quad outlets. Exclude standard-Escalade systems such as Borla 140889 and 140890 unless a new written confirmation specifically reverses the catalog’s stated V exclusion. The safest purchase is the one whose generation, wheelbase, sensors, valve controls, outlets, finish and installation responsibilities are all documented before money changes hands.
