What is Audi Concept C?
Audi unveiled Concept C in Milan on September 2, 2025, describing it as an all-electric, two-seat sports car and the first manifestation of a new design philosophy. The concept is intended to signal a broader change in Audi’s design direction, not just present a single sports-car study. Audi’s launch announcement calls its approach “radical simplicity.”
The company identifies clarity, emotional appeal, technical excellence, and intelligent design as the principles behind that approach. Audi CEO Gernot Döllner described the wider effort this way: “Clarity, focus, and commitment to implementation – that’s how we are reshaping design and the company,” in Audi’s September 2, 2025 design announcement.
Which design details stand out?
Front and lighting
Audi highlights a vertical frame at the front and a distinctive four-element light signature. These are among the clearest visual cues through which Concept C presents the brand’s new design language.

Roof and cabin
The roof concept is intended to combine the elegance of a coupé with an open-top experience. Inside, Audi emphasizes a minimalist layout and high-quality materials rather than publishing production-cabin specifications.
Audi’s October 8, 2025 behind-the-scenes feature describes the car as a “tangible preview” of future design language and dates its world premiere to September 2 in Milan.

Does Concept C confirm a future production sports car?
Audi’s October 20, 2025 announcement calls Concept C street-legal and says it previews a future production model. That does not mean the displayed car is on sale: Audi’s launch material explicitly says the concept vehicle is not available as a production vehicle. The concept appeared in Milan in early September before being shown at IAA Mobility in Munich. Audi’s October announcement discusses its future-model role.
The distinction matters: Audi has described the direction of travel, but the sources do not establish that the final production vehicle will retain every feature shown on the concept.

What has Audi not confirmed?
The cited Audi announcements do not provide production-car range, battery capacity, charging rate, acceleration, power output, price, or a sale or launch date. They also do not establish how much of the concept’s design or hardware will carry over. Claims that Concept C is a confirmed TT successor, will launch in 2027, or will share a particular platform should therefore not be treated as Audi-confirmed facts on the basis of these announcements.
