It includes a Saturday session on Chrysler transmission updates, but it is an event agenda—not a current repair manual or a source of present-day service procedures.
What the 2015 guide contains
The archived brochure brings together the four-day conference program, technical and management sessions, trade-show details, exhibitors, frequently asked questions and registration information. Its event logistics—including dates, venue, registration deadlines and hotel rates—describe the 2015 event and should not be treated as current details. ATRA’s archived 2015 brochure is the source for the program and event information.
The agenda was broader than Chrysler transmissions. It listed training on transmission teardown and special tools, diagnostic testing, torque converters, electronic control modules and reprogramming, as well as GM and Ford transmission concerns and engine diagnostics.
What the Chrysler session covered
The Saturday, October 31, 2015 program listed “Chrysler, Looking Into the Future,” presented by Alan McAvoy of Chrysler Group LLC. According to the brochure, the planned session covered Chrysler 2015–16 service updates for these transmission families:

The brochure establishes that these families were included in one planned update session. It does not provide enough detail to compare their reliability, repair costs, vehicle applications or repair procedures, and it does not establish that the updates remain applicable today.

One session description, attributed to Sean Boyle of Southern Illinois College, says: “This class will dive straight into testing transmission solenoids and sensors on the transmissions youre working on today.” That is wording printed in the brochure, not a verified quotation spoken by the presenter.

The session description points to scope-based testing as one subject in the 2015 program. An automotive oscilloscope is a relevant tool category for that kind of diagnostic work, but the guide does not endorse a product or identify a specific tool as necessary for a repair.
