When was the ARCFOX T1 unveiled?
BAIC Group says the T1 made its first public appearance at Auto Shanghai 2025. The company described it as an “A0-class urban crossover,” a classification that reflects BAIC Group’s wording rather than a universal segment label. BAIC Group’s Auto Shanghai 2025 announcement placed the T1 among seven new models it showcased.
What is the T1 called in different markets?
There is no single nameplate used across the two official market sources. ARCFOX’s China product page presents the updated model as the Beta T1. BAIC Indonesia says the vehicle was previously known as ARCFOX T1 and markets it locally as BAIC T1; its launch announcement describes the model as developed from ARCFOX, a BAIC Group premium sub-brand.
BAIC Indonesia places the vehicle in a hatchback EV segment, while BAIC Group called the China-showcase vehicle an A0-class urban crossover. These descriptions are source- and market-specific, not proof that every version has identical body classification or equipment.

The figures are manufacturer or distributor specifications using the CLTC test cycle, not independently measured real-world distances. The China figures and charging claims are listed on ARCFOX’s China Beta T1 page; the Indonesia range and battery are listed on BAIC Indonesia’s BAIC T1 specification page. Do not treat one market’s range, charge time or external-power features as specifications for the other.
What did BAIC Indonesia announce about warranty and launch benefits?
In its July 2026 launch announcement, BAIC Indonesia listed a six-year/160,000 km basic-vehicle warranty, an eight-year/160,000 km battery warranty, and four years/80,000 km of free service. These are terms announced for Indonesia at launch; check with BAIC Indonesia or a local dealer for current conditions.

The same announcement said pre-bookings from July 9 to July 30, 2026 included a portable charger and dash cam. That dated offer period has passed, so those items should not be assumed to be available now. The terms and offer were described in BAIC Indonesia’s launch release.
What price was announced for the Indonesia BAIC T1?
BAIC Indonesia’s GIIAS 2026 announcement gave a price of Rp 373 million for the first 1,000 customers. This is an Indonesia-specific, eligibility-limited offer, not a global price or evidence of the vehicle’s current price.
