Apollo built ten Intensa Emozione (IE) cars, but the available reports do not confirm that one is still for sale today. In September 2025, LUSSO reported that chassis 005, known as “Carbon Dragon,” was being offered by Miller Motorcars for $3.5 million. HYPERLUXE separately lists an off-market IE at “Price Upon Request.” Neither page confirms a live offer as of 5 October 2026, so buyers should verify the car, price and availability directly with the seller.
What Apollo Intensa Emozione is reported for sale?
The clearest specific offer in the available reporting is chassis 005, “Carbon Dragon.” LUSSO reported on 23 September 2025 that Miller Motorcars in Greenwich was offering it for $3,500,000. That is a dated asking-price report, not proof of a current listing or completed sale. LUSSO’s report on Carbon Dragon does not establish whether the car remains available or whether its price or terms have changed.
HYPERLUXE’s Apollo IE page describes an example as off-market and gives its price as “Price Upon Request.” It does not establish that this is chassis 005 or another currently accessible offer. Treat it as a dealer page, not confirmation of a live sale.
How much does an Apollo Intensa Emozione cost?
The reported figures describe different things, so they should not be treated as interchangeable market values.

The auction result is a narrow reference point, not a reliable valuation for every IE. Ocean Dragon’s catalogue described a car with its interior and part of its fuel system removed; condition and completeness limit the comparison. The asking price for Carbon Dragon is a different kind of evidence from a completed auction sale. There is only one public result identified in the cited reporting, so it cannot establish a broad market trend or a general value for all ten cars.
What makes the IE rare?
LUSSO reports that Apollo built ten Intensa Emoziones and that all were sold before first delivery. It describes the car as having a 6.3-litre Ferrari-derived naturally aspirated V12 capable of 9,000 rpm, a reported weight of 1,250 kg, and maximum downforce of 1,350 kg at 299 km/h. How to verify an IE listing before pursuing it
- Confirm the chassis. Ask whether the car is chassis 005, Carbon Dragon, chassis 004, Ocean Dragon, or another example. Do not assume that separate dealer pages refer to the same car.
- Establish present status. Ask the seller to confirm the car’s location, whether it is available, and whether the quoted price and sale terms are current. Older online ads may remain visible after a car has sold. The Carbon Dragon report and LUSSO’s Ocean Dragon sale report provide the distinct chassis references.
- Ask about completeness and condition. Request details on the interior, fuel system and any other removed or incomplete components, along with mileage and provenance. The Ocean Dragon auction car illustrates why a headline sale price needs its condition attached.
- Separate offers from transactions. A dealer’s asking price is not a sale result. Compare a live seller quote with a completed transaction only after accounting for chassis, condition and mileage.
Where do Apollo IE cars appear?
LUSSO says examples tend to surface through specialist dealers and private introductions. With only ten cars reported built, a public listing may be transient, incomplete, or already stale. A specialist dealer or broker can be a route to an introduction, but any specific offer still needs direct confirmation of identity, availability and terms. LUSSO’s report.
