Alpine has confirmed that PS1, short for “Projet Spécial 1,” is a concept car scheduled to be unveiled at the 2026 Paris Motor Show on 12 October at 09:20 CEST. The announcement does not confirm its specifications or whether it will enter production.

What Alpine has confirmed about PS1

In an announcement dated 6 October 2026, Alpine described PS1 as a concept car and scheduled its reveal for the Paris Motor Show, also known as Mondial de l’Auto. The presentation is due to be livestreamed. Alpine’s announcement is available on its global media website.

The name stands for “Projet Spécial 1.” Alpine said PS1 would join the show line-up alongside the already unveiled A110 Sculpture.

What remains unknown before the reveal

As of 7 October 2026, Alpine has not specified PS1’s powertrain, performance, price, detailed design or production status in the cited announcement. Calling it a concept does not establish that a production model is planned.

Other Alpine models and updates at the show

PS1 is one part of Alpine’s planned presentation. The brand also listed the A110 Sculpture, the A290 Collection, and new colors and trims for the A390. These have distinct roles: Alpine describes PS1 as a concept car, the A110 Sculpture as a sculpture previewing the next A110, the A290 Collection as a personalization offering, and the A390 items as color and trim updates.
