If you mean Honda’s CRF300 Rally (called the CRF300L Rally in US specifications), its fuel tank capacity is 12.8 litres, or 3.4 US gallons. The name “XR 300 Rally” is not confirmed in the official Honda material cited here, so check the motorcycle’s model badge and market-specific documentation if you mean a different bike.

The litre and gallon figures are consistent after conversion: 12.8 L is about 3.38 US gallons, which rounds to 3.4. Honda’s US specification pages say specifications are subject to change, and equipment can differ by market.
Why “XR 300 Rally” needs a model-name check
Honda’s official material identifies the rally model as the CRF300 Rally or CRF300L Rally, depending on market. Honda Ecuador separately lists an XR 300 Tornado, with a 13.8 L tank and 3.7 L reserve. That is a different named motorcycle, not the CRF300 Rally; do not apply its capacity to the Rally. Honda Ecuador
What the capacity means for range
Honda Motor Europe’s 2021 CRF300 Rally release gives fuel consumption of 32.3 km/L on the WMTC test cycle and says a cruising range of over 410 km is possible.
