Its leather upper, oversized synthetic side panel and rubber outsole set it apart; its racing connection is heritage and styling, not proof that this shoe is a race boot.
What is the adidas sneaker that looks like a Samba but isn’t one?
It is the adidas x Entire Studios Feroza Low, a collaboration with Los Angeles-based fashion label Entire Studios. Gear Patrol describes it as a low-profile lifestyle sneaker that shares some familiar Three Stripes visual cues with the Samba but has its own silhouette and construction. Gear Patrol’s product coverage reports a $200 price and availability from adidas; price and stock can change, so check adidas’s current product listing before buying.
What makes the Feroza Low different from a Samba?
The most conspicuous distinction is the broad, wedge-shaped synthetic mudguard that extends from the heel toward the midfoot. The shoe pairs that panel with a premium leather upper and a grippy rubber outsole. White Three Stripes cross both the upper and part of the contrasting side panel, making the panel a defining feature rather than a subtle trim detail. These are design descriptions, not findings from a wear test.
That combination gives the Feroza Low a low-to-the-ground profile without making it a Samba variant. adidas describes its wider Low Profile category as slim, low-collar footwear with thin soles, and places the Samba alongside models such as Taekwondo, Tokyo and Japan. Those models provide useful style context, but the category listing does not establish them as direct substitutes for the Feroza Low. See adidas’s US Low Profile category.

How does it connect to adidas motorsport shoes?
The Feroza Low draws on a longer adidas motorsport story. Gear Patrol traces that lineage to the Monza racing boots of the late 1970s and mentions lifestyle driving shoes including the Tuscany and Monaco GP from the early 2000s. The Feroza Low brings that reference into a current lifestyle sneaker through its design; the available product description does not establish it as technical driving footwear.
The key distinction is the Feroza Pro. Gear Patrol describes the Pro as a dedicated FIA-approved race boot, released in collaboration with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team in 2025 after roughly 18 months of testing and driver feedback. That approval and development history apply to the Pro—not to the Feroza Low.

Where the Feroza Low fits in adidas’s Low Profile push
Low Profile is broader than a single shoe or collaboration. adidas’s 2025 annual report connects the franchise to the brand’s martial arts, boxing and motorsport credentials, naming Taekwondo, Tokyo and Japan as examples. It also points to collaborations with Edison Chen, Wales Bonner and Bad Bunny to illustrate the range’s versatility, and lists Entire Studios among adidas’s wider lifestyle collaboration work. adidas Annual Report 2025.
In Q1 2026, adidas reported that lifestyle revenues rose 6% and said additional Tokyo and Japan franchise versions drove strong growth across its Low Profile offering. That is company-level context, not a sales result for the Feroza Low or evidence that this particular model drove the category’s growth. adidas Group’s news archive.

What to compare before choosing one
If you are deciding between the Feroza Low and another low-profile adidas shoe, compare the things the available product information actually establishes:
- Shape and side detailing: the Feroza Low is distinguished by its prominent synthetic mudguard; other Low Profile options have their own silhouettes.
- Materials and design: the Feroza Low is described with a leather upper, synthetic panel and rubber outsole. Check each alternative’s current listing for its materials and construction.
- Price and availability: Gear Patrol reports $200 and adidas availability for the Feroza Low. Confirm current pricing and stock, and compare them with live listings for other models.
The cited descriptions do not establish comparative comfort, durability, sizing or performance, so those qualities cannot be used to rank the Feroza Low against the Samba or other models.
