The limited-production model adds motorsports-inspired hardware and cabin details to the Elantra N; Hyundai said it planned availability in the first quarter of 2026, but deferred pricing until the car went on sale.
What Hyundai announced at the 2025 LA Auto Show
Hyundai described the TCR Edition as a limited-production version of the 2026 Elantra N and said it would be available in the first quarter of 2026. That was the company’s forecast in its Nov. 20, 2025 announcement, not confirmation of current dealer inventory. Hyundai said pricing would be announced in conjunction with market availability.
The edition celebrates what Hyundai called six consecutive TCR Manufacturers’ Championships in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. The announcement gives no year-by-year list of those championships. Hyundai Motor North America Senior Vice President of Product Planning and Mobility Strategy Olabisi Boyle described the car as adding “performance parts and unmistakable motorsports visuals” to the Elantra N’s formula.
