What’s the difference between EX, Touring, and Elite?
EX: the entry trim with a choice of drivetrain
EX is the least expensive listed trim and is available with FWD or AWD. Honda lists 308 miles of EPA range for the FWD version and 294 miles for AWD. Its listed equipment includes heated front seats, Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and 19-inch wheels.
Touring: more cabin and convenience equipment
Touring retains the same FWD/AWD choice and published range ratings as EX. Its main distinction is added comfort and convenience: leather-trimmed seats, a Bose premium audio system with 12 speakers, a panoramic moonroof, and a hands-free power tailgate. Honda lists a starting MSRP $4,300 above EX; decide whether those upgrades merit that difference for your use.

Its listed starting MSRP is $6,200 above Touring and $10,500 above EX. Those comparisons are differences between Honda’s starting MSRPs, not predictions of the price gap between specific dealer vehicles.
How drivetrain affects range and power
Honda lists EX and Touring at 220 horsepower with FWD and 300 horsepower with AWD; Elite is listed at 300 horsepower. The company’s dedicated EV Range Rating row gives EX and Touring 308 miles with FWD and 294 miles with AWD, while Elite AWD is rated at 283 miles. Treat those as published estimates for the corresponding configurations: actual range can differ with driving and conditions. The drivetrain choice therefore affects both the listed power and range on EX and Touring, while Elite comes only with AWD.

Battery, charging, and towing figures
- Battery: Honda lists an 85 kWh battery for all three trims.
- DC fast charging: Honda lists 35 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%.
- Level 2 charging: Honda lists 34.1 miles of range added per hour using 240-volt AC charging.
- Towing: Honda lists a maximum capacity of 1,500 pounds across the trims. Check the owner’s manual and dealer for towing requirements and installation details.

Which 2026 Prologue trim should you compare?
- Compare EX FWD if the entry trim’s listed equipment meets your needs and you prefer its 308-mile published rating to the AWD version’s rating.
- Compare EX AWD if you want AWD without stepping up to Touring or Elite; Honda lists 294 miles of EPA range for this configuration.
- Compare Touring if leather-trimmed seats, Bose audio, a panoramic moonroof, or the hands-free tailgate matter enough to justify its starting-price increase over EX.
- Compare Elite if you want its heated and ventilated front seats, 21-inch wheels, Sport mode, and head-up display, and are comfortable with AWD-only availability and its 283-mile published rating.
Features and equipment should be confirmed on the exact vehicle build and dealer listing, since packaging and inventory can vary.

Accessories and fitment to check
Honda’s Genuine Accessories brochure lists a trailer hitch with harness, hitch balls, ball mount, and locking pin; it also says the hitch requires a rear lower trim component. Honda lists all-season floor mats, cargo trays, seat-back protectors, a portable charging kit, a home charging station, and a NACS-to-CCS adapter as accessories. These are accessory offerings, not items established as included with every vehicle.
