Those are starting MSRPs—not out-the-door prices—and exclude a $1,495 destination charge, taxes, license, registration, and accessories. EX and Touring are available with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive; Elite comes with AWD and has the lowest listed EPA range.
2026 Honda Prologue price and trim comparison
Honda lists three Prologue trims for model year 2026. The table shows starting MSRP, drivetrain availability, Honda’s EPA range ratings by configuration, and the main equipment differences.

Prices and equipment are Honda’s listed 2026 figures. Honda’s Prologue page states that MSRP excludes tax, license, registration, the $1,495 destination charge, and accessories. Premium paint adds $455. Dealer prices may vary, so treat MSRP as a comparison point rather than a local dealer quote. Check current inventory, incentives, and your final quote in your area.
What changes between EX, Touring, and Elite?
EX: the lowest starting price and two drivetrain choices
The EX is the entry point at $39,900. It comes standard with a single-motor front-wheel-drive setup, while dual-motor AWD is available. Honda lists 308 miles of EPA range for the 2WD version and 294 miles for AWD. Its standard highlights include heated front seats and an 11.3-inch touchscreen, with Google built-in and wireless smartphone integration.

Touring: comfort and audio upgrades
At $44,200, Touring adds leather-trimmed seats, Bose premium audio, a panoramic moonroof, and a hands-free power tailgate. Like EX, it can be configured with front-wheel drive or AWD, and Honda lists the same range ratings: 308 miles for 2WD and 294 miles for AWD.
Elite: AWD and more premium features
The $50,400 Elite is AWD-only. Honda lists its EPA range at 283 miles. It adds 21-inch alloy wheels, heated and ventilated front seats, Sport drive mode, a head-up display, and a 12-speaker Bose system.

How drivetrain affects power and range
Honda lists 220 horsepower for the single-motor front-wheel-drive configuration and 300 horsepower for dual-motor AWD. The company identifies an 85 kWh battery for the Prologue. Range is not identical across the lineup: EX and Touring have the highest listed rating in 2WD, lower ratings with AWD, and Elite’s AWD rating is lower still. Compare the exact trim and drivetrain you intend to buy rather than using one range figure for every Prologue.
Which Prologue trim makes sense for your priorities?
- Choose EX if keeping the starting price down matters most and its listed equipment meets your needs. Pick 2WD if the higher listed range is your priority; AWD is available if you prefer that configuration.
- Choose Touring if you want the EX’s choice of drivetrains but value the added leather-trimmed seats, Bose audio, moonroof, and hands-free tailgate.
- Choose Elite if you want AWD as standard along with the listed comfort and technology upgrades, and are comfortable with its lower 283-mile EPA rating.
Charging and accessories to factor into ownership
Honda says a 240-volt Level 2 charger can add up to 34.1 miles of range per hour. Its portable charging kit can use a standard 120-volt outlet or a 240-volt outlet. Actual home charging setup depends on the home’s electrical system; Honda’s stated rate is not a guarantee for every installation. For public fast charging, Honda says Prologue drivers can use Tesla Supercharger ports and other DC fast chargers with NACS ports by purchasing Honda’s NACS-CCS adapter. Confirm adapter availability and network access before relying on a particular charging stop.
Other Honda-listed accessories include all-season floor mats, a cargo tray, cargo cover, crossbars, bike attachments, roof boxes, and ski or snowboard attachments. Compatibility varies: for example, Honda’s brochure marks crossbars and roof-box attachments unavailable for EX but available for Touring and Elite. Verify model year and trim fitment with Honda or a dealer before ordering.
