The 2026 Honda Elevate facelift keeps the outgoing model’s 1.5-litre petrol engine, manual and CVT gearboxes, and familiar body proportions. The changes are mainly to its styling, cabin trim and equipment: new lighting details, ventilated front and rear seats, a 360-degree camera and added driver-assistance features on selected variants. In India, the entry-level ex-showroom price remains ₹11.80 lakh, while matching higher trims cost up to ₹53,000 more in Autocar India’s 6 October 2026 comparison.
What changed on the 2026 Honda Elevate’s exterior?
The facelift is a visual refresh rather than a wholesale redesign. It retains the familiar profile and bodywork but revises the front and rear details.
- The L-shaped headlamp signatures carry over, joined by new segmented daytime-running-light strips.
- A gloss-black honeycomb grille replaces the old grille treatment, and the Honda badge moves to the edge of the bonnet.
- Fog-lamp housings are now body-coloured, and the exterior cladding changes from matte to gloss black.
- At the rear, the facelift adds a connected lighting treatment. The bumper and 17-inch alloy wheels are reported as largely unchanged.
- Nordic Forest Pearl is the new paint option.
How has the cabin and equipment changed?
The dashboard layout remains familiar, but the facelift replaces the older faux-wood trim with additional leatherette padding and ambient lighting. Its notable additions are comfort and convenience features, though buyers should check the exact variant rather than assume every feature is standard across the range.
- Powered and ventilated front seats, plus rear-seat ventilation. Launch coverage describes rear ventilation as a segment-first feature; that is an attributed claim, not an independently audited comparison.
- A 360-degree camera, air purifier and capacitive-touch rear LED reading lamps.
- Rear disc brakes and front parking sensors.
- On CVT variants, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold and adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow/stop-and-go as part of Honda Sensing, according to launch coverage. Confirm fitment for the specific grade and transmission.
Several familiar features are reported as carryovers: the 10.25-inch infotainment screen, semi-digital instrument cluster, single-pane sunroof, LaneWatch camera, six airbags, wireless charger and wireless phone connectivity. Honda’s current Elevate specifications page lists six airbags and a 458-litre boot capacity.

Are the engine and gearbox different?
No. The facelift carries over the 1.5-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, rated at 121hp and 145Nm by Autocar India. Honda’s current specifications confirm a 1.5L i-VTEC DOHC engine and manual and CVT transmission options. The 2023 original-model launch release also listed the same engine family and gearbox choices.
Honda lists claimed fuel efficiency of 15.31 km/l for the manual and 16.61 km/l for the CVT. These are claimed figures, not real-world test results, and should not be treated as a guarantee of what an individual driver will achieve.

The entry price is unchanged; among directly matched variants, the largest increase in that comparison is ₹53,000 for the ZX CVT. The new ZX+ CVT extends the listed range to ₹18.30 lakh, compared with the old model’s ₹16.36 lakh maximum in the same comparison. A separate 6 October 2026 launch report lists ZX+ Black Edition at ₹16.90 lakh for the manual and ₹18.40 lakh for the CVT, so the quoted range ceiling depends on whether that edition is included.

Has Honda fixed the old Elevate’s cabin-noise issue?
Honda says it added sound-deadening material behind the instrument panel and in the wheel wells. Autocar India’s 6 October 2026 launch coverage says the claim still needs confirmation through testing. The available reports do not establish that cabin noise has been reduced in measured or independently tested conditions.
