The 2026 Ford Bronco 60th Anniversary Package brings first-generation-inspired styling to the Outer Banks, but it is more than a set of badges: Ford pairs its red-and-white design details with the Sasquatch off-road package and distinctive cabin trim. The key buying caveat is that Ford’s October 2025 order-window announcement is historical; it does not confirm today’s price, local stock or orderability.
What the 60th Anniversary Package is
Ford bases the 2026 60th Anniversary Package on the Outer Banks series and requires Sasquatch equipment. The anniversary marks the original Bronco’s introduction on August 11, 1965. Ford says it coined the phrase “sport-utility” when it introduced the vehicle. Ford’s historical account gives the date and wording.
Ford announced the package on August 2, 2025, and said orders would open in October 2025. That was a launch-era schedule, not confirmation that a particular build can still be ordered or found on a dealer lot.
How the retro exterior details work
The package uses a warm, restrained palette rather than simply adding anniversary graphics to an otherwise unchanged Bronco. Ford describes a heritage-inspired grille in Warm Alloy with Vermilion Red “BRONCO” lettering, anniversary fender badges with a cloisonné-style treatment, and Vermilion Red side graphics that start with the anniversary logo.

Unique 17-inch Gravity Gray alloy wheels have Vermilion Red center caps and “1966” details, a reference to the first production Bronco hubcaps. The package also includes a Wimbledon White hard-center spare-tire cover with Vermilion Red lettering.
Wimbledon White is central to the color story: Ford describes a Wimbledon White body with a matching roof, as well as a Ruby Red body with a Wimbledon White roof. Ford’s 2026 model page describes a Wimbledon White body with a choice of Wimbledon White or Ruby Red Metallic hard top. Because descriptions and orderable combinations can change, check the live Ford configurator for the current palette and exact build combinations.

What comes inside the cabin
The interior carries the anniversary theme into the materials and accent colors. Ford lists Ebony leather seat outers and bolsters with Alpine leather inserts, plus embossed anniversary logos on the seatbacks. Alpine marine-grade vinyl armrests and Alpine stitching on the leather-topped dash add lighter contrast; Bronco Red accents appear on the instrument panel and grab handles.
The package also adds wheelbase-length running boards. Ford says new A-pillar grab handles are available across all 2026 Bronco models, so they are not exclusive to this anniversary package.

What Sasquatch adds—and what the package requires
Sasquatch is mandatory, not a standalone alternative to the package. Ford describes it as including an Advanced 4×4 system, high-clearance suspension, a more aggressive final-drive ratio, front and rear electronic-locking differentials, and 35-inch Goodyear rugged-terrain tires. Those components make the package’s off-road configuration more substantive than its appearance alone, though the cited material does not provide independent performance testing.
Ford lists a 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder as standard for the Outer Banks-based package and a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 as optional. Confirm engine availability for the specific build in Ford’s current configurator or with a dealer.

Ordering constraints to check before you build
Ford’s 2026 order guide identifies the package as code 51V and documents several restrictions. Use it alongside the live build configuration, since it is a model-year ordering document rather than a guarantee of current dealer inventory.
- Required: Sasquatch.
- Paint requirement: Ruby Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat or Wimbledon White.
- Listed exclusions: Black Appearance Package and the separate 35-inch spare-tire cover.
- Wheel detail: the guide lists 17-inch Gravity Gray painted alloy wheels when Sasquatch is selected.
These constraints matter if you are trying to recreate the look on another Bronco configuration or compare it with a standard Outer Banks. The anniversary package is not simply a universally available graphics option.

How it differs from Heritage Edition and Outer Banks
Ford describes the Heritage Edition separately as a model with 1960s-inspired styling and retro color choices. The Anniversary Package instead layers its specific anniversary badges, red graphics, wheel details, cabin materials and Wimbledon White choices onto Outer Banks, while requiring Sasquatch. A standard Outer Banks does not become an anniversary build by adding aftermarket trim, and the sources do not establish a like-for-like price comparison among the three configurations.
Price, availability and accessories
Ford’s August 2025 announcement said package pricing would be released shortly before ordering began. The available Ford materials do not establish current package pricing, transaction prices, incentives, local inventory or orderability. Check Ford’s 2026 Bronco page for its build-and-price and inventory routes, then confirm the exact build and dealer terms locally; distinguish MSRP from dealer pricing and incentives.
For accessories, verify model year, trim, package and tire size before buying a spare cover or trail gear. Ford’s order guide specifically flags the separate 35-inch spare-tire cover as excluded with this package, so an aftermarket cover should not be treated as equivalent to the factory anniversary part.
