MDX and Type S Advance specs
Acura lists a 10-speed automatic transmission for both engines. The standard MDX engine is a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6; the Type S Advance switches to a smaller, twin-scroll turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.

What the MDX packages add
The package ladder changes more than appearance: Technology focuses on convenience and audio, Advance adds comfort and visibility equipment, and Type S Advance is the performance-oriented configuration. Acura’s fact sheet distinguishes package upgrades from standard equipment, so features below should not be read as standard on every MDX.

Technology Package
