Is the Temerario the Huracán replacement?
Yes. Lamborghini positions the Temerario as the next model in its super sports car range, and an authorized Lamborghini dealer in Barcelona explicitly describes it as the Huracán’s successor. It is also the second model in Lamborghini’s High-Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) range.

What engine and hybrid system does it use?
The Temerario abandons the Huracán’s V10 architecture for a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 working with three electric motors. Lamborghini lists the engine’s displacement as 3,995.2 cm³.

The 800-CV and 730-Nm engine figures come from Lamborghini’s February 2025 technical announcement; the 920-CV figure is Lamborghini’s current model-page specification. The manufacturer also says the new hybrid powertrain uses more than 50% fewer components than the Huracán when measured on its stated comparison basis. That is a powertrain-component comparison, not a claim about total vehicle complexity, reliability or maintenance requirements.

How fast is the Lamborghini Temerario?
Lamborghini’s current model page lists a maximum speed of 343 km/h and 0–100 km/h acceleration in 2.7 seconds. The February 2025 launch-era technical release listed the same 2.7-second acceleration time but a 340 km/h maximum speed.

Those are different published figures, so the 340 and 343 km/h numbers should be treated as source/version distinctions rather than averaged or silently reconciled.

The defining change is therefore architectural: Lamborghini moves from a V10 sports-car formula to a turbocharged V8-electric system while retaining the Temerario’s position in the marque’s super sports car line.

What are the Temerario’s fuel-economy and emissions figures?
Use the figures only with their test geography and protocol. Lamborghini’s current page shows U.S. EPA figures of 16 MPG for gasoline and 24 MPGe for combined electricity plus gasoline, and warns that displayed values can vary with geographic location detection.

The two 2026 European brochure results do not match. They appear to represent different document versions or conditions, so buyers should verify the applicable current brochure for their market. EPA and WLTP results are not interchangeable measurements.
