The U.S.-market 2024 Toyota GR Supra came in four grades: 2.0, 3.0, 3.0 Premium, and 45th Anniversary Edition. The 2.0 has a 255-hp turbocharged four-cylinder and an eight-speed automatic; the 3.0 grades have a 382-hp turbocharged inline-six, with an automatic or six-speed manual available. Toyota’s published launch MSRP started at $45,540 for the 2.0 and $54,500 for the 3.0, before delivery charges. Those are historical launch figures, not current used-car values or dealer quotes.

Toyota’s U.S. launch release lists the 2.0 at $45,540 plus $1,095 DPH and the 3.0 starting at $54,500 plus DPH. The release does not establish that the 3.0 starting price applies to the 3.0 Premium or 45th Anniversary Edition. These are original launch figures, not a 2026 transaction price or an out-the-door total; taxes, registration, dealer charges, options, and regional fees are separate. What is the difference between the Supra 2.0 and 3.0?
The central distinction is the powertrain: the 2.0 is the less powerful, automatic-only four-cylinder grade, while the 3.0 grades use the six-cylinder engine and offer a manual transmission. Equipment also separates the grades.
2.0
Toyota lists 18-inch wheels, manually adjustable sport seats, a four-speaker sound system, and an 8.8-inch display for the 2.0.

3.0
The 3.0 adds the inline-six, an active rear sport differential, 19-inch forged wheels, power-adjustable sport seats, and a 10-speaker HiFi sound system.
3.0 Premium
The Premium adds or upgrades comfort and technology equipment, including heated 14-way power seats, a full-color head-up display, a 12-speaker 500-watt JBL audio system, touchscreen and navigation features, and wireless charging. Toyota’s brochure shows a Driver Assist Package on the 3.0 Premium. Exact equipment can depend on the vehicle and transmission, so use its original window sticker to confirm what a particular used car has.

Does the 2024 Supra come with a manual transmission?
Yes. Toyota offered a six-speed manual on the U.S. 3.0 and 3.0 Premium, as well as the 45th Anniversary Edition based on the Premium. The 2.0 was automatic-only. Toyota says the manual’s Intelligent Manual Transmission calibration provides rev matching on downshifts; the iMT function can be switched off in Individual Mode.
How much horsepower does the 2024 GR Supra have?
- 2.0: Toyota rates its turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder at 255 hp and 295 lb.-ft. of torque.
- 3.0, 3.0 Premium, and 45th Anniversary Edition: Toyota rates the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six at 382 hp and 368 lb.-ft. of torque.
These are Toyota-published U.S. specifications, not independent measurements. Toyota estimates 0–60 mph in 5.0 seconds for the 2.0, 3.9 seconds for automatic 3.0 grades, and 4.2 seconds for the manual 3.0. They are manufacturer estimates, not results from an independent road test.

Is this a U.S. price and specification guide?
Yes. The prices and grade details above refer to Toyota’s U.S. 2024 lineup. Canadian-market prices are different and should not be compared as though they were U.S. MSRPs.
