The available U.S. figures do not support a definitive ranking of every 2024 three-row luxury SUV: the prices come from sources with different fee treatments, and one manufacturer’s exact base price has not been verified. Among the comparable examples below, the Lexus TX has the clearest stated starting price—$55,050, including delivery, processing, and handling, according to Lexus’s 2023 U.S. announcement. Other published starting prices are useful reference points, but they are not normalized manufacturer quotes.

This is a partial comparison, not a complete segment ranking. It uses U.S. model-year 2024 figures where available. The Lexus TX price includes delivery, processing, and handling; Edmunds’ listed prices below are editorial starting-price figures, and the source does not establish that they use the same fee basis.

Edmunds’ page did not display a publication year in the source reviewed. These figures are presented as that publisher’s listed starting prices, not as directly comparable manufacturer quotes. In particular, the X7 and Escalade figures are only $5 apart, a difference too small to treat as a meaningful price advantage without matched fee and trim definitions.
Why this is not a complete ranking
A valid price order needs the same market, model year, entry trim, and fee basis for every vehicle. The available figures do not meet that standard across a complete list of eligible models. MSRP is also distinct from a dealer’s transaction price or the current price of a used vehicle.

Do not mix Canadian and U.S. prices
Lexus Canada lists 2024 GX starting MSRPs of C$83,500 for Signature, C$92,500 for Premium, C$101,850 for Luxury, and C$105,850 for Executive. Those are Canadian-dollar figures and should not be ranked against U.S. prices. What to compare beyond the entry price
Starting MSRP is only a first filter. Before comparing vehicles, confirm the exact trim and whether the configuration actually has three rows; model names can cover versions with different seating layouts.

- Third-row usability: Check whether the seats suit the passengers you expect to carry, rather than relying on the row count alone.
- Cargo space with all seats in use: The Lexus TX offers 20.2 cubic feet behind its third row, according to Lexus’s 2023 announcement. That gives a concrete measure for the TX, but the figures available here do not establish a consistent cargo comparison across the other models.
- Powertrain choice: Lexus says the TX is offered with three powertrains. That breadth may matter if you are weighing an entry trim against a more expensive version; the price figures above do not compare equipment or powertrain content.
- Vehicle size and intended use: Consider parking, passenger access, and the space you need. A low entry price alone does not establish that a vehicle is the best fit.
- Safety equipment: Lexus lists Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 as standard on the TX. Standard equipment should be checked trim by trim on other candidates before drawing value conclusions.
How to build a fair price ranking
- Fix the market and model year. Compare U.S. 2024 model-year vehicles with one another, rather than combining different countries or model years.
- Choose eligible configurations. Include only base trims that provide three rows; exclude two-row grades even if they share a model name with a three-row version.
- Use a common fee basis. Record each manufacturer’s base MSRP and separately identify destination or delivery charges, taxes, registration, and other exclusions. Do not compare an all-in starting figure with an MSRP that excludes destination as if they were identical.
- Verify every figure against an accessible, dated source. If the manufacturer’s exact base price cannot be confirmed, leave the model unranked rather than estimating it.
- Compare the configuration, not just the badge. Check seating, cargo space behind the third row, powertrain, and standard equipment alongside price.
