2024 Ram 1500 TRX specifications
The TRX is powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8 rated at 702 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Official materials describe its transmission as an eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic; the 2024 Ram guide identifies it as the 8HP95 eight-speed automatic.

Towing and payload ratings
Ram’s 2024 guide lists a maximum trailer weight of 8,100 lb for the TRX Crew Cab 4×4 combination shown and a maximum payload of 1,310 lb for the listed TRX configuration. These are configuration-dependent maximums, not guarantees for every truck. Ram states that payload and trailer ratings are mutually exclusive, so the two maximums cannot be assumed to apply at the same time. Proper equipment also affects ratings.

For a specific truck, check its door-jamb and towing labels and confirm its configuration before loading or towing. The guide’s figures should not be substituted for the ratings on the individual vehicle.
What distinguishes the 2024 TRX Final Edition?
The Final Edition is a special edition of the 2024 TRX, not a different powertrain. Ram announced a worldwide run of 4,000 units. Its announcement described eight exterior colors, with Delmonico Red, Night Edge Blue and Harvest Sunrise introduced as new colors for the edition.
