The 2024 Nissan Kicks is offered in S, SV, and SR trims. All three use a 122-hp 1.6-liter engine, front-wheel drive, and an Xtronic CVT; Nissan’s published EPA estimates are 31 mpg city, 36 highway, and 33 combined. The main differences are equipment, including driver-assistance features, display size, and wheels. Before buying a specific used Kicks, verify its equipment, history, warranty coverage, and recall status.
What should I know before buying a 2024 Nissan Kicks?
Nissan’s 2024 brochure lists a five-seat, front-wheel-drive subcompact crossover in three trims: S, SV, and SR. The powertrain and published fuel-economy estimates are shared across the lineup, while convenience and driver-assistance equipment vary. These are manufacturer specifications for the model year, not a condition report for any individual vehicle.
Nissan lists 92.7 cubic feet of passenger volume, a 10.8-gallon fuel tank, and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat. The brochure does not establish current used prices, local availability, crash-test ratings, or the recall status of a particular vehicle. Check current records and vehicle-specific documents before purchase.
What are the 2024 Kicks engine and drivetrain specifications?
Nissan specifies a 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder rated at 122 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and 114 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. It is paired with an Xtronic continuously variable transmission (CVT), and all three trims are front-wheel drive. Nissan’s brochure provides specifications, not independent acceleration testing or comparative driving impressions.
