The 2024 MV Agusta Superveloce S pairs retro racing-inspired styling with a 798 cm³ three-cylinder engine rated at 147 hp and a substantial electronics package. MV Agusta’s MY24 specifications establish its output, chassis and equipment, but the available ride-test material does not confirm firsthand impressions of the 2024 S trim. That distinction matters: the numbers describe what the motorcycle is, not how comfortable or composed it feels on a particular road.
What is the 2024 Superveloce S like to ride?
A definitive ride verdict for the 2024 S cannot be drawn from the available ride-test evidence. Bike World published a road-and-track review of the Superveloce 800 on July 14, 2024, and its description says the presenter spent a couple of weeks with the motorcycle and rode it on track. The description does not establish that the tested bike was the S trim or provide specific conclusions about comfort, handling, heat or everyday usability. Bike World’s review listing establishes that a review exists, not what its ride observations were.

How much power does the Superveloce S make?
According to MV Agusta’s MY24 technical sheet, the standard 798 cm³ three-cylinder engine produces a maximum 108 kW (147 hp) at 13,000 rpm and 88 Nm of torque at 10,100 rpm. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test measurements. MV Agusta MY24 technical sheet

The same sheet lists an optional special-parts configuration at 112.5 kW (153 hp) at 13,250 rpm. MV Agusta describes the special-parts exhaust and ECU map as intended for closed-course competition use, so the higher figure should not be treated as a road-legal upgrade. The sheet also says prices vary by country because of import duties and taxes; it does not establish a universal kit price.
MV Agusta claims a maximum speed of 240 km/h, specifying that this was attained on a closed course, and a 0–100 km/h time of 3.05 seconds. These are manufacturer performance claims rather than independently verified results.

What electronics and rider aids does it have?
The MY24 equipment list includes MV EAS 3.0 up-and-down quick shift, an inertial measurement unit (IMU), four torque maps and traction control with eight intervention levels. These features give the rider options for adjusting engine response and traction-control intervention; the specification list alone does not show how their calibration feels in use.
MV Agusta’s official model page describes a 5.5-inch color TFT display and MV Ride app functions including navigation mirroring and rider-aid setup. Because the page may cover later model years, treat those details as official product-page information rather than proof that every function or interface is identical on every MY24-market motorcycle. What do the chassis and dimensions tell you about fit?
MV Agusta lists a steel tubular trellis frame, a 43 mm adjustable Marzocchi fork and an adjustable Sachs rear shock. The saddle height is 830 mm and the wheelbase is 1,380 mm. Those figures give a useful starting point for assessing fit and chassis specification, but they cannot by themselves establish reach to the ground, riding comfort or handling character for an individual rider.
The MY24 sheet gives standard mass in running order, without fuel, as 197.5 kg. It separately lists 189.5 kg for the optional special-parts configuration. Since the figures apply to different configurations and exclude fuel, they should not be read as a like-for-like fueled road-weight comparison.

Is the Superveloce S comfortable enough for the road?
The available evidence does not establish how comfortable the 2024 S is over a commute, a long ride or rough pavement, nor does it document engine heat or day-to-day usability. The 830 mm saddle height and adjustable suspension are relevant points to check in person, but they are not substitutes for a confirmed ride assessment. A test ride on the exact trim is the most useful way to judge fit, comfort and low-speed behavior.

What to verify before buying
- Confirm that the motorcycle is the MY24 S trim and ask which equipment is fitted to that market’s version.
- Check the local specification and road-approval status of any special-parts exhaust or ECU configuration; MV Agusta identifies that optional setup as for closed-course competition use.
- Sit on the bike and, if possible, ride it to assess the 830 mm saddle height, reach and comfort for your body and intended routes.
