Alfa Romeo’s 2024 U.S. specification sheet also lists active damping and high-performance Brembo brakes as standard on Quadrifoglio; carbon-ceramic brakes are optional.
How fast is the Stelvio Quadrifoglio?
Car and Driver reports a 0–60 mph time of 3.3 seconds for its tested version, along with a 70-to-0-mph stopping distance of 157 feet. Those are publication-reported test results, not guaranteed performance for every vehicle or condition. The Drive recorded 3.6 seconds to 60 mph in a Canadian-spec test vehicle. The reviews do not establish that the cars were tested in identical conditions, so the figures should not be treated as a direct head-to-head comparison.

On the road, the appeal is more than straight-line acceleration. Car and Driver praises the steering communication and cornering poise, and describes a useful range from the adaptive dampers: the chassis can ride comfortably while turning, with firmer settings available when the driver wants a more focused feel. The Drive is more critical overall but also recognizes the car’s appeal on a twisty road. Together, the reviews suggest an SUV whose strongest case is its engaging character, not universal consensus that it is the best all-rounder.
What changed for 2024?
Car and Driver identifies LED-matrix technology in the new headlights and taillights for 2024. The year also brought the 100th Anniversario edition, marking a century of Quadrifoglio performance models. Its commemorative details included special badges, gold brake calipers, a carbon-fiber grille and mirror caps, gold interior stitching and additional carbon-fiber accents.

Car and Driver reported that the Quadrifoglio would leave the North American market after model year 2024, with production expected to end in June 2024. That is the publication’s model-year and regional reporting; it does not establish whether a particular vehicle is currently available from a dealer, nor does it describe availability in every market.
Is it practical as a daily SUV?
The Stelvio seats five, but Car and Driver characterizes its rear seat and cargo area as smallish. Alfa Romeo lists 18.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row and 56.5 cubic feet with the space maximized. There is no towing option, which limits its usefulness for buyers who need to pull a trailer.

Fuel use is another everyday trade-off. The official EPA figures are 17 mpg city, 23 highway and 19 combined, and Alfa Romeo specifies premium unleaded with at least 91 octane. These are the manufacturer-listed EPA ratings and fuel requirement, rather than a prediction of an individual owner’s real-world economy.
2024 Stelvio Quadrifoglio reliability: what is established?
Car and Driver flags reliability concerns in its review, but the cited material does not provide a failure rate for the 2024 Stelvio Quadrifoglio. A broad brand reputation or isolated owner story cannot substitute for model-year-specific data, so these sources do not support a numerical reliability prediction.

Put independently tested acceleration and braking alongside powertrain output, handling and ride, passenger and cargo space, EPA economy, required fuel, warranty terms and reliability evidence.
