Third-party sources list its original U.S. MSRP between $324,342 and $329,592, but Ferrari’s cited technical release does not provide a U.S. model-year price. Ferrari’s published specification sheet lists a 3,902 cc twin-turbo V8, 720 cv and a 340 km/h maximum speed.
What the 2023 F8 Spider is
Ferrari announced the F8 Spider on September 9, 2019, describing it as developed in parallel with the F8 Tributo berlinetta. The Spider uses a retractable hard top (RHT), giving the F8 family an open-top configuration. Ferrari’s launch document says: “The Ferrari F8 Spider was designed in parallel with the F8 Tributo berlinetta and features the Prancing Horse’s compact and efficient RHT (Retractable Hard Top) which influences the lines of a model that leads its category.” This is Ferrari’s corporate wording, not a statement attributed to an individual. Ferrari’s F8 Spider launch material provides official model imagery and design context.
Ferrari’s October 24, 2023 announcement of the one-off SP-8 says that car is based on the F8 Spider and inherits its layout, chassis and engine. It does not establish how many standard F8 Spiders were produced for the 2023 model year.
2023 Ferrari F8 Spider original MSRP
Third-party sources disagree on the original U.S. price. Cars.com lists a starting MSRP of $324,342; Car and Driver lists $328,292; and Kelley Blue Book reports an original MSRP of $329,592. These are publisher-reported figures, not prices confirmed by a Ferrari U.S. model-year price list. Different data methods, equipment assumptions or data feeds may account for the gap, but the available sources do not resolve it.

| Source | Reported original U.S. MSRP | What the figure represents |
|---|---|---|
| Cars.com | $324,342 | Listed starting MSRP; third-party figure |
| Car and Driver | $328,292 | Listed MSRP; third-party figure |
| Kelley Blue Book | $329,592 | Reported original MSRP; third-party figure |
When comparing original prices, check whether the figures refer to the same market and equipment assumptions. An MSRP listing is not the same as a particular car’s window sticker or its final price after options and fees.
Used-market prices are a different measure
On the Cars.com 2023 F8 Spider page accessed in 2026, the site showed an average listing price of $693,179. That is a volatile marketplace snapshot, not a completed-sale statistic or a promise of what a buyer will pay. Individual asking prices and transactions depend on configuration, mileage, condition, service history, provenance and location.

A Kelley Blue Book fair-purchase figure is a valuation estimate based on that guide’s methodology; it is not the same thing as a live listing average or a verified sale price. For an individual car, compare the exact specification and condition and distinguish advertised prices from completed transactions. Cars.com’s listings and model page and Kelley Blue Book’s 2023 valuation page describe different kinds of price information.
Ferrari F8 Spider specifications
The figures below come from Ferrari’s published technical sheet, a global model specification rather than a 2023 U.S. window sticker. Ferrari gives power and torque figures with a footnote specifying 98-octane fuel; retain that qualification when comparing them with figures from other sources or markets. Ferrari’s technical information is the source for these specifications.

What to compare in a used F8 Spider
- Price basis: Separate original MSRP, current asking price, guide valuation and completed transaction price.
- Configuration: Record factory options and specification rather than assuming two cars with the same model year are equipped alike.
- Condition and use: Compare mileage, condition and documented service history.
- Provenance: Consider ownership history and supporting records.
- Location: Compare cars in the relevant market; asking prices can vary by location.
The sources cited here do not establish an authoritative 2023 production total, a reliability study or a resale-appreciation figure, so none should be inferred from the model’s specifications or the prices of current listings.
