2022 Tuono V4 1100 performance and specifications
Aprilia’s 2022 Factory technical specifications describe a longitudinal, liquid-cooled 65-degree V4 displacing 1,077 cc, with an 81 x 52.3 mm bore and stroke and a 13.6:1 compression ratio. The manufacturer rates it at 175 CV (129 kW) at 11,350 rpm and 121 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. These are manufacturer specifications, not results from an independent dynamometer test. The Factory specification also lists a wet multi-plate clutch with mechanical slipper system, ride-by-wire, and a six-axis inertial platform. Its APRC electronics include engine mapping, engine braking, traction control, wheelie control, launch control, cruise control, and a pit limiter. Aprilia specifies six riding modes: three road and three track. The manufacturer’s sheet does not establish that every detailed Factory figure applies unchanged to the standard version.
For chassis equipment, Aprilia lists Öhlins NIX 43 mm front forks and an Öhlins TTX rear shock with Smart EC 2.0 electronic management, Brembo M50 front calipers, and cornering ABS on the Factory. The sheet’s weight is a kerb figure with the tank 90% full; it is not a dry-weight figure.

Standard or Factory: what changes?
Aprilia’s April 2021 generation announcement describes the standard Tuono V4 as the more street-oriented, versatile choice, with sport-touring intent. Its cited features include a raised handlebar, more wind protection, more passenger-friendly accommodation, and adjustable Sachs suspension. The Factory is the sportier, track-oriented version, equipped with Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension; Aprilia’s announcement also identifies forged aluminum wheels as part of its package. Aprilia’s launch announcement describes the generation and trim positioning rather than every regional detail for the 2022 model year.

The cited launch material says the Tuono V4 family retains the 175 HP V4, so the clearest documented distinction is equipment and intended use, not a proven model-year-specific engine-output difference between trims. When comparing used examples, check the exact trim, installed equipment, condition, and price rather than assuming a different engine tune.

2022 price: what the available figures establish
JD Power lists a $19,499 suggested list price (MSRP) for the 2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 1100. On the same page, it displays a low retail value of $12,360 and an average retail value of $16,265; these are valuation figures, not live asking prices or guaranteed sale prices. The reviewed sources do not establish a reliable 2022 U.S. MSRP for the standard Tuono V4 1100. Aprilia’s U.S. model page currently lists $16,699 for the Tuono V4 1100 and $19,999 for the Factory, but those are current-model page prices, not historical 2022 prices.
