Its debut season brought together Yvan Muller, Sébastien Loeb and José María López; at the 2014 Race of France, they helped deliver wins in both races. Citroën’s later headline totals—49 wins and 30 poles—cover its full 2014–2016 official campaign, not 2014 alone.
What was the 2014 Citroën C-Elysée WTCC?
It was Citroën’s purpose-built entry in the World Touring Car Championship’s TC1 category. The FIA’s entry list for the 2014 Paul Ricard round identifies Citroën Total WTCC as a TC1 entrant and lists the C-Elysée WTCC among the cars driven by the team’s three named drivers. Citroën Origins describes the competition car as a two-seat sedan with a reinforced external structure and welded arch, a steel-and-composite body, front-wheel drive and a turbocharged engine. These details distinguish it from the ordinary road car, but the visible official page does not establish a full set of exact 2014 specifications. Citroën Origins: C-Elysée WTCC

What did the C-Elysée WTCC achieve across the full program?
Citroën’s official WTCC program ran from 2014 until 25 November 2016. In its 2016 retrospective, the manufacturer said its official cars contested 69 races, winning 49 of 67 races and taking 30 of 34 available pole positions. The win and pole denominators are different from the 69 races contested, and these are three-year campaign totals—not 2014 season statistics. Citroën / Stellantis Media: WTCC program retrospective

Looking back at the final WTCC weekend, López said: “No one can take away from us what we have achieved over the past three years, but I’m dreaming of ending on a high note.” The statement belongs to the program’s 2016 farewell, rather than the car’s 2014 debut. The accessible official information confirms front-wheel drive and a turbocharged engine, but it does not show the technical sheet’s exact engine displacement, power, gearbox, dimensions or a 2014 weight figure. Citroën’s technical-data landing page is dated 14 January 2014, but its visible text exposes only a downloadable technical-sheet link; those figures cannot be verified from that page text alone.
