Speedometer readings after changing wheels
If the speedometer behaves differently after changing from off-road wheels to supermoto wheels, first verify that the installed wheels and tires match the intended SM configuration. The brochure lists 100/80-17 front and 130/70-17 rear tires. A change in wheel or tire dimensions can affect what the speedometer indicates, but the reported owner question alone does not establish the cause or the correct recalibration procedure for a particular bike. Check the correct manual and have the speed-sensing setup inspected if the reading remains implausible.

- Match installed dimensions: check wheel and tire sizes rather than assuming the motorcycle still has its original supermoto setup.
