1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThese 15 photos lean into the internet’s “crazy Altima” joke: Nissan sedans caught looking battered, improvised, or part of a scene that seems to have gone sideways. They make for comic viewing, not evidence that Altima drivers as a group are unusually reckless.
What these 15 Altima photos show
The slideshow, published by Den of Geek through Yahoo Autos on October 5, 2026, turns visible damage and improbable-looking scenes into what it calls “Altima energy.” Its captions supply the joke; they do not establish how the cars ended up in those situations.
Damage and missing parts
Some images focus on the aftermath visible on the cars: damaged bodywork, a trunk that appears damaged or held shut, a flat tire, and missing mirrors or a license plate. The captions offer no verified account of the incidents, so the photos are best read as snapshots chosen for their comic effect.
Fire, collisions, and an airborne car
Other captions point to fire or apparent collision scenes, while one describes an Altima pictured airborne. The slideshow does not provide confirmed circumstances for these scenes, or establish what happened before or after each photograph.

Improvised fixes and racing-car flair
A broken rear window covered in duct tape is one of the slideshow’s most memorable details. That is a caption describing a makeshift cover, not advice about repairing vehicle glass. Another caption jokes, “Nothing says racing car like adding some flourishes to the end of an Altima.”
Why “crazy Altima” is a joke, not a finding
A set of humorous photos cannot show how common a behavior is among Altima owners. The slideshow reports no crash, ownership, or driver-behavior statistics, and it does not identify the cars’ model years. Its premise is entertainment: select striking images, add playful captions, and invite readers to recognize a familiar automotive meme.
