Exact equipment and specifications vary by market and model year, so the details below identify the version behind each claim rather than treating one listing as universal.
1. A 649 cc parallel-twin engine
The engine is the 650NK’s defining mechanical feature: CFMOTO Canada lists a liquid-cooled, DOHC, 649 cc inline twin for its 2023.5 version. That layout gives the bike a straightforward middleweight identity without relying on claims about how it feels on the road.
For that Canadian listing, CFMOTO quotes 61 hp at 8,750 rpm and 56 N·m of torque at 7,000 rpm. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements. CFMOTO Türkiye lists 45 kW at 8,250 rpm and the same 56 N·m at 7,000 rpm on its current 650NK page, a reminder to check the local version rather than assume a single global output figure. CFMOTO Canada’s 2023.5 specifications and CFMOTO Türkiye’s 650NK page provide the respective figures.
2. A slipper clutch is listed
CFMOTO lists a slipper clutch for the Canadian 2023.5 650NK, and the feature also appears in the company’s 2021 brochure. In that brochure, CFMOTO says the clutch is for “smooth, efficient shifting and quicker acceleration through cornering.” That is the manufacturer’s description, not an independently verified riding result. Confirm that the clutch is fitted to the exact year and market you are considering.

- ODIs proprietary medium compound material provides comfort without sacrificing durability
3. Suspension with adjustment options
The Canadian 2023.5 listing names KYB suspension and specifies rebound adjustment at the front, plus preload and rebound adjustment at the rear. Those adjustment points give owners some scope to tailor suspension settings; they do not establish how the motorcycle rides or how much adjustment a particular rider will need.
4. Substantial listed front brake hardware
For its 2023.5 Canadian version, CFMOTO specifies dual 300 mm front discs, a 240 mm rear disc and J. Juan calipers. The published hardware is a concrete point of comparison when checking a used or new bike’s local specification. It is not a braking-distance result, and the figures should not be assumed for other model years or markets.

- Soft, shock-resistance let you feel comfortable

5. A TFT display and dual-channel ABS in the Turkish listing
CFMOTO Türkiye’s 650NK page lists a 5-inch TFT display and Continental dual-channel ABS. These are attractive equipment details for riders comparing versions, but they are specific to the Turkish page and should not be read as standard equipment worldwide. CFMOTO also says equipment can vary with local regulations; its page notes that T-BOX is not standard on all models and that connected-app service requires a paid subscription.
6. Published dimensions that are easy to assess
The Canadian 2023.5 specifications give a 780 mm seat height, 17 L fuel capacity and 206 kg curb weight. These figures help a prospective owner assess fit and compare listings, but they do not guarantee a particular rider’s reach to the ground, range between fuel stops or handling experience. The figures are manufacturer specifications for that Canadian version.

7. Intended for city and highway use
CFMOTO’s 2021 brochure presents the 650NK as a motorcycle for both city riding and highway use, saying it is “enjoyable in both the city and out on the highway.” That tells you how the manufacturer positioned the bike; it is not independent evidence of comfort for a specific rider, road, speed or trip length. CFMOTO Canada’s 2023.5 page similarly describes the engine as a pleasure for city drives and highway cruises.
8. A clear model-specific parts lookup in Australia
CFMOTO Australia’s 2024 catalog has a dedicated entry for the CF650-7F and includes an air-filter category. The catalog also identifies other parts categories, including brake pads, sprockets, levers and cables. A model-specific catalog is useful for identifying the right parts path, but it does not establish that every item is in stock or available everywhere. Match the motorcycle’s exact year and market before ordering. See the Australian 2024 CF650-7F parts catalog.

9. Warranty coverage stated for the Canadian listing
CFMOTO Canada states that its 2023.5 650NK has a five-year limited warranty: 12 months of manufacturer limited coverage followed by 48 months of powertrain limited coverage. This is the coverage described for that Canadian listing, not a promise of the same terms in another country. Buyers should read the local warranty’s conditions and confirm coverage with the selling dealer.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.10. The specification can be checked against local sources
One practical advantage for a buyer is that official regional pages provide concrete details to verify before purchase. The Canadian listing gives output, dimensions, component details and warranty terms; the Turkish page identifies its display and ABS equipment; and the Australian catalog offers a parts lookup for its listed CF650-7F. Use the source that matches the motorcycle’s market and year, then ask a local dealer to confirm the actual bike’s fitment and equipment.

What the published information does not establish
Manufacturer specifications and promotional descriptions are useful for identifying equipment, but they do not prove real-world fuel economy, acceleration, braking distance, reliability or owner satisfaction. Those outcomes require evidence beyond the figures and descriptions cited here. A model-year and market-specific check is especially important because even published output differs between the Canadian 2023.5 and Turkish listings.
