In Kelley Blue Book’s August 2025 roundup of 2025-model-year hybrids, all 10 listed vehicles have a reported maximum range above 600 miles. The list excludes plug-in hybrids and mixes trucks, passenger cars, a minivan and SUVs, so the top figure is not a promise for every trim or driving situation.
How to read the range figures
The figures below are maximum-range estimates reported by Kelley Blue Book (KBB) for its U.S.-market 2025 roundup. KBB describes the ranking as EPA-based, but its article does not lay out one transparent calculation for every vehicle. Treat each number as a configuration-specific estimate, not an observed road-test result or a guarantee of how far you will travel between fill-ups.
The roundup excludes plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). The EPA’s explanation of the range field on a PHEV label refers to estimated electric-only range when fully charged and estimated total range using gasoline and electricity; that label guidance does not establish how KBB calculated the conventional-hybrid figures here. The EPA also notes that labels remind buyers actual mileage can vary. EPA: Interactive Version of the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Label.
2025 hybrids with a reported maximum range above 600 miles
| Rank | Model | Reported maximum range | Configuration and context |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ford F-150 Hybrid | 734 miles | KBB identifies the PowerBoost full hybrid, available on select SuperCrew models. It lists 23 mpg combined and a 30-gallon tank. |
| 2 | Toyota Tundra i-FORCE MAX | 708 miles | KBB lists 22 mpg combined. |
| 3 | Toyota Camry | 663 miles | The front-wheel-drive LE is KBB’s most efficient configuration, at 51 mpg combined. |
| 4 | Toyota Sienna | 648 miles | KBB lists 630 miles for AWD; the lineup shares the hybrid drivetrain. |
| 5 | Lexus LC 500h | 644 miles | KBB lists 29 mpg combined and identifies 2025 as the model’s final year. |
| 6 | Toyota Prius | 644 miles | KBB lists 57 mpg combined for FWD. Its AWD figure is 567 miles and 54 mpg combined. |
| 7 | Kia Sorento Hybrid | 637 miles | FWD is the maximum-range configuration; KBB lists 602 miles for AWD. |
| 8 | Hyundai Sonata Hybrid | 620 miles | KBB presents this as its maximum-range figure. |
| 9 | Lexus RX 350h | 619 miles | KBB lists 36 mpg combined and standard AWD. |
| 10 | Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid | 619 miles | KBB says the maximum is FWD; AWD is listed at 585 miles. |
All rankings, range figures and configuration notes in the table are from KBB’s “10 Longest-Range Hybrids of 2025,” published August 29, 2025. The list is specific to that model year and source; it is not a 2026 ranking.

Which configurations still clear 600 miles?
Drivetrain can change the answer even within the same model line. KBB’s 2025 figures put the Sienna AWD at 630 miles and the Sorento Hybrid AWD at 602, both above the threshold. The Prius AWD at 567 and Grand Highlander Hybrid AWD at 585 fall short, despite their respective models’ higher FWD maximums.
Before comparing vehicles, check the exact trim and drivetrain you are considering. A model’s headline maximum does not necessarily apply to every version, and the figures are not a substitute for checking the vehicle’s fuel-economy label and specifications.

What the list does—and does not—tell you
These vehicles fill very different roles: the leaders are full-size pickups, while the rest include a sedan, minivan, coupe and SUVs. Maximum range alone cannot tell you which is the better fit. Compare the specific configuration’s fuel economy alongside passenger and cargo needs, towing or payload requirements, and current local pricing. KBB’s article prices are dated and are not reproduced here as current offers.
Nor should the 2025 ranking be treated as a complete list of hybrids currently over 600 miles. The EPA’s Automotive Trends page says its model-year 2025 summary values are preliminary and that detailed vehicle-specific data on that page are for model year 2024, so the ten 2025 calculations have not been independently reproduced here. Because the full manufacturer page was not available for verification, treat that as a search-result claim rather than a confirmed addition to the KBB ranking. Hyundai USA: Hybrid Vehicles.
