Zoox operates a Sunset/Las Vegas office and depot for fleet operations, maintenance, testing and local support, but its official office material does not publish a public rider address or describe a walk-in customer counter. To catch a Zoox, use the live pickup or drop-off zone shown for your hotel, attraction or event in the Zoox app.
The right address depends on what you need

Where Zoox rides meet passengers in Las Vegas
Las Vegas service is live, but it is organized around designated venue and hotel ride-hail zones rather than one central terminal. Zoox originally announced service at locations including Resorts World Las Vegas, AREA15 and Topgolf. Subsequent expansion announcements added the Las Vegas Convention Center and most major hotels along the Strip.

Officially announced or discussed destinations include:
- Resorts World Las Vegas, which has a dedicated Zoox pickup and drop-off area.
- AREA15, with a dedicated partner zone.
- Topgolf and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
- Many major Strip hotels, with the exact entrance or porte-cochère shown in the app.
- Sphere and T-Mobile Arena in the context of expanding or event-related service; availability can vary.
This is not a permanent, comprehensive address list. Construction, security, congestion, event traffic plans, service hours, vehicle supply and destination eligibility can change the meeting point. Check Where to Ride and the app for the current locations.

How to find your exact Zoox pickup address
- Open or download the official Zoox app.
- Select Las Vegas if the app asks you to choose a market.
- Enter your pickup venue or hotel and your destination.
- Review the available pickup zone, including any rideshare entrance, valet area or designated loading location.
- Walk to that zone and follow the app’s final directions rather than navigating to a generic property address.
- Before entering, match the vehicle information in the app. Zoox says the app shows the vehicle’s license plate and can activate a chime and visual/audio identification cue.
At a large resort or convention venue, ask staff for the designated rideshare entrance if signs are unclear. A venue’s street address is a geographic reference, not necessarily the point where the robotaxi can stop.
Is the Sunset/Las Vegas Zoox depot open to the public?
Do not treat the Sunset/Las Vegas office and depot as a taxi stand, ticket office or lost-and-found counter. Zoox describes it as an operational site for fleet staging, maintenance, testing and local operations. The official description does not provide a public street address, visitor hours or a walk-in customer process. Public access for riders is therefore not verified. Use the app or Zoox Support instead of traveling to the depot to arrange a ride or speak with staff.
Can you ride without the Zoox app?
Zoox says people can experience a ride without using the app at Resorts World Las Vegas. That statement should not be read as a promise that every destination, time slot or ride type is available without the app. Confirm the onsite process with Resorts World or Zoox staff, and use the app when you need a specific pickup address or destination.
Is Zoox available at Harry Reid International Airport?
Zoox has described testing at Harry Reid International Airport and preparation for future purpose-built robotaxi service. The official expansion announcement does not establish unrestricted public passenger pickups and drop-offs as of August 18, 2026. Airport availability must be confirmed in the live app; testing or future preparation is not the same as a guaranteed airport ride.

Pricing, hours and service limits
Zoox’s September 2025 Las Vegas launch began with free rides and said paid rides would follow regulatory approval. That launch policy should not be assumed to remain current. Official pages reviewed do not provide one universal 2026 fare table or a single Las Vegas operating schedule. Check the fare, eligibility, estimated wait and operating status shown for your specific trip in the app.
Zoox does not describe Las Vegas service as unrestricted citywide taxi coverage. A request may be unavailable because the destination is outside the active zone, a venue is closed or congested, event controls are in effect, vehicles are busy, connectivity or location permissions are failing, or operating conditions limit service. Zoox says its vehicles are qualified for specific conditions such as light rain; that does not guarantee operation in every kind of weather: Zoox community information.

- Return to the exact ride-hail zone shown in the app; a nearby entrance may not be the pickup point.
- Check the vehicle’s license plate and use the app’s chime or light identification feature, especially when several Zoox vehicles are present.
- Ask hotel, venue or convention-center staff where the current rideshare loading area is.
- Contact Zoox by phone or text at 1-888-477-5055. The robotaxi also has an emergency call button that connects with Zoox Support.
- For a medical emergency, injury or life-threatening situation, call 911.
Zoox’s support guidance states that trained service dogs are welcome; pets and emotional-support animals may not be accommodated under the stated policy. Review the current guidance before traveling with an animal: Zoox Support.
What to remember
For a Las Vegas ride, the useful “address” is the live venue-specific pickup zone in the Zoox app. The Sunset facility is an operations depot, not a verified public terminal, and the Foster City address is Zoox’s corporate headquarters. Because zones and eligibility can change, rely on the app’s current instructions instead of a static map pin or an address copied from a directory.
