Xiaomi says Xiaomi Auto is officially coming to Europe in 2027, but it has not announced a European sales date or confirmed that the SU7 Ultra will be part of the lineup. The company says the SU7 and SU7 Ultra are currently not for sale outside China. “True electric sports car” is headline framing for the high-performance SU7 Ultra sedan—not confirmation of a European model launch.
When is Xiaomi coming to Europe?
Xiaomi Auto’s global site says it is “Officially Coming to Europe in 2027.” That is a year-level statement, not an exact launch date. The page does not name the first European markets or say when sales will begin in any particular country. Xiaomi Auto’s global page also does not identify which vehicles will be offered when the company arrives.
There is some preparation behind the stated plan: Euronews reported in May 2026 that Xiaomi had opened an EV research and design center in Munich and was adapting vehicles to European regulations, infrastructure and customer preferences. That points to work ahead of entry, but does not establish a final lineup or sales start date.
Can you buy the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra in Europe?
No—not through Xiaomi, based on the company’s current global availability statement. Xiaomi says the SU7 and SU7 Ultra “are currently not for sale outside of China and are presented for promotional purposes only.” European readers should not treat the 2027 entry statement as evidence that orders are open or that the SU7 Ultra is confirmed for Europe. Xiaomi’s global page leaves the model lineup, prices, country-by-country rollout and precise sales dates unannounced.

What is the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra?
Xiaomi introduced the SU7 Ultra as a high-performance technology sedan. The company’s 2024 announcement lists the following figures for the production model:
- Maximum output: 1,548 PS.
- 0–100 km/h: 1.98 seconds, without one-foot rollout.
- Designed maximum speed: 350 km/h.
These are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified test results. The acceleration figure’s “without rollout” qualification matters when comparing it with timings measured using a rollout. Xiaomi’s announcement is available at the SU7 Ultra introduction.

What does the SU7 Ultra’s Nürburgring time mean?
Xiaomi reports that the SU7 Ultra Prototype completed the Nordschleife in 6:22.091 on April 1, 2025. That is a prototype result, not a lap time for the production SU7 Ultra. Xiaomi’s page separately discusses a production SU7 Ultra record attempt in a configuration fitted with the optional Professional Track Package, carbon-fiber dual-vent front hood and aerodynamic underbody plate. Keep the prototype lap and the production-car attempt distinct when comparing performance claims.

Yes. Xiaomi and Polyphony Digital announced that the SU7 Ultra would be added to Gran Turismo 7 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 from January 29, 2026.
