What happened on the 2026 Cash & Rocket tour?
ANSA reported on September 11, 2026, that Cash & Rocket began its charity tour in Marbella. The convoy included 50 women and 25 red cars, and covered more than 600 km toward Madrid via Seville and Toledo. ANSA reported that Ferrari and Lamborghini vehicles were among the cars, alongside three Ebro vehicles. It named the Global Gift Foundation as the beneficiary. ANSA’s report described participants from fields including culture, entertainment, fashion, business and philanthropy; it does not establish that all participants were CEOs or that they had pink hair.
How the tour fits Cash & Rocket’s history
Cash & Rocket is a recurring charity motoring project, but its size and route vary by year. Vanity Fair España described the 2025 southern Italy tour as involving 60 participants and 30 red sports and classic cars. Its July 5, 2025 account identified Julie Brangstrup as CEO and founder of Cash & Rocket and The Ray Group, and reported that the project had raised more than €5.5 million for social causes since 2011. Those are figures and descriptions published in 2025, not a current total or a count for the 2026 event. Vanity Fair España’s account provides that background.
What was the 1000 Miglia Pink Car?
The pink-car story concerns a different event. In 2024, Automobili Lamborghini said it loaned a pink Urus S to the IEO-MONZINO Foundation for the 1000 Miglia Charity for Research. The event ran from Brescia to Rome and back, and the vehicle supported awareness and fundraising for research into women’s cancers. A QR code on the car enabled donations to Follow the Pink. This was not the Cash & Rocket tour. Lamborghini’s announcement describes the vehicle and its role.
