D’ELLA Honda in Glens Falls, New York, advertised three Honda leases ending October 31, 2025: an Accord LX at $249 a month, an HR-V LX at $295 a month and a Pilot Sport at $459 a month, each for 36 months. These were local, conditional offers—not nationwide Honda pricing—and the monthly payment was only part of each deal’s cost.
October 2025 Honda lease offers at D’ELLA Honda
The following figures appeared on D’ELLA Honda’s offer page for its Glens Falls, New York, location. The offers expired October 31, 2025, so they are historical examples, not deals available now. Each listed 30,000 total miles over 36 months, a $595 acquisition fee and no security deposit. The dealer required $1,995 down, plus the first payment, tax, title and DMV charges.

All three offers listed $1,995 down, the first payment, tax, title and DMV charges as due at signing. The scheduled-payment totals equal the monthly payment multiplied by 36; they do not include the down payment or the other stated charges. What the advertised monthly payment leaves out
For the Accord, $249 multiplied by 36 payments equals the advertised $8,964 in scheduled payments. That arithmetic is not an all-in cost: the offer also called for $1,995 down, the first payment and tax, title and DMV charges. The $595 acquisition fee was listed as a lease term, but the offer page does not establish whether it was included in the advertised payment or due separately. Get a written quote showing when and how each charge is collected rather than assuming the monthly figure covers it.

Honda explains that lease payments generally reflect the vehicle’s estimated depreciation over the lease term; terms and mileage allowances can vary. That is why the payment alone is not enough to compare two offers. Honda’s leasing overview.
How to judge whether a lease is a strong deal
Compare the full terms, not just the headline payment. A lower monthly amount may come with more cash due at signing, a tighter mileage allowance or eligibility requirements that do not fit your situation.

- Payment and term: Compare monthly payment alongside the number of payments. A 36-month offer is not directly comparable with a different lease length without accounting for the full term.
- Cash due at signing: Add the down payment and first payment, then identify taxes, title, registration, DMV and dealer charges. Ask whether listed fees are paid upfront or incorporated elsewhere.
- Total scheduled payments: Treat this as one component of cost, not the complete amount you will pay. Confirm which charges are excluded.
- Mileage: Check the total allowance and excess-mile charge against how much you expect to drive. The D’ELLA examples allowed 30,000 miles over 36 months, but charged different per-mile rates on the Pilot and the other two vehicles.
- Eligibility and inventory: Check whether the offer depends on loyalty or conquest status, a qualifying current Honda, credit approval, a particular trim or delivery from retail stock.
- End-of-lease obligations: Review maintenance and excess-wear terms, not only mileage. D’ELLA noted maintenance and excess wear obligations for the Accord offer.
- Location and expiration: Confirm the offer for your ZIP code and the date you must take delivery. A local dealer’s expired promotion is not evidence of a current offer elsewhere.
On those criteria, “too good to ignore” is not established by a low monthly payment alone. The Accord’s $249 figure came with a qualifying-Honda requirement and upfront costs; the HR-V and Pilot offers included loyalty/conquest incentives. Whether any example suited a particular shopper depended on eligibility, mileage needs, all charges and availability.
What happens when a Honda lease ends?
Honda identifies three possible routes at lease end: return the vehicle and lease another Honda, purchase the current vehicle at its guaranteed purchase price, or return the vehicle.
