If “the last ICE-powered Scout models” means the final International Harvester Scouts, the answer is that the available evidence does not establish what buyers spent on them in 2025. A secondary reference identifies 1980 as the final production year, but there are no reliable dated 2025 asking prices or completed-sale results here from which to give a defensible figure.
Which Scout does the title mean?
The likely subject is the International Harvester Scout, not a new Scout Motors vehicle. A secondary reference names 1980 as the Scout’s final production year and cites International Harvester Scout: The Complete Illustrated History (Car and Driver). That supports identifying the model year, but it is not an original company production record.
“Last” can also be confused with Scout Motors’ upcoming Traveler SUV and Terra pickup. Those are separate vehicles announced decades after International Harvester ended Scout production.
What could a buyer expect to spend in 2025?
No reliable 2025 listing prices or completed-sale results for 1980 International Harvester Scouts are established by the available evidence, so a purchase-price range or average would be speculation. A listing price would show what a seller asked, not what a buyer ultimately paid; neither should be presented as a 2025 sale without a dated record.

To make a useful comparison, a dated transaction would need to identify the Scout’s body and configuration, condition, mileage, originality or modifications, location, and whether the amount is an asking or completed-sale price. Without those details, even two quoted prices may describe vehicles that are not meaningfully comparable.
Do not use new Scout Motors pricing as a classic Scout price
In an April 2, 2026 help article, Scout Motors said its announced lineup is the Traveler SUV and Terra pickup, each planned with either an all-electric system or a gas-powered range extender (Scout Motors: vehicle lineup). The company’s U.S. pricing target was retail prices starting under $60,000 for both models, subject to change (Scout Motors: pricing). This is a later target for new vehicles, not a 2025 price for a 1980 International Harvester Scout.

Scout Motors also estimated up to 350 miles of all-electric range and more than 500 miles for range-extender versions, based on internal targets; it said EPA estimates would follow later (Scout Motors: range estimates). Those projections describe the new vehicles and do not provide historical Scout pricing or market data.
