The Velo De Ville Revo-C is a commuter-focused e-bike reported to use DJI’s Avinox drive system. New Atlas reported 105 Nm of torque in standard assist modes, with up to 120 Nm available in Boost for 30–60 seconds. It also described a 600 Wh battery, but published no per-charge range estimate. The specifications, €3,999 starting price and European-market details below come from New Atlas’s February 13, 2026 report, not a currently verified manufacturer listing.
What is the Velo De Ville Revo-C?
The Revo-C is an urban commuter e-bike from German bicycle maker Velo De Ville. Its headline component is DJI’s Avinox Drive System, paired with practical equipment for daily riding and carrying cargo. New Atlas described the bike as made to order in Germany for the European market.

The report says buyers can configure frame sizes and colors, with options including a suspension fork, additional gears, stronger integrated lighting and more cargo-oriented equipment. Those choices mean specifications and weight may differ from the entry configuration.
How much torque and power does the DJI Avinox motor provide?
New Atlas reports 105 Nm of torque in standard assist modes and up to 120 Nm in Boost. The Boost figure is temporary: it is available for 30–60 seconds, rather than being the motor’s continuous output. The report gives the motor’s weight as 2.52 kg.
#1 Best Overall
- Sporty and durable thanks to vacuum technology: welded, waterproof and seamless surface
- Arc Tech: shock-absorbing suspension
- Comfortable yet lightweight gel insert "O-Zone Full Cut"
- Only 346 g, L = 269 x W = 143 mm
The reported motor rating is 250 W nominal, with peak power of 1,000 W. Nominal and peak figures describe different things; the peak number should not be read as continuous power. For the European configuration described, pedal assistance stops at 25 km/h (about 15.5 mph). Rules and specifications can differ by market, so that cutoff should not be assumed for other jurisdictions.
Battery capacity and range
The Revo-C is reported to have a 600 Wh battery integrated into the downtube. New Atlas did not give a per-charge range estimate. Battery capacity alone cannot establish how far this bike will travel: assist level, terrain, rider and cargo weight, weather and other conditions affect range. Buyers should seek a current estimate for their intended configuration and use rather than treating 600 Wh as a distance figure.
Commuter equipment and carrying capacity
The reported everyday equipment includes aluminum fenders, 28-inch wheels with Schwalbe urban tires, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and nine-speed Shimano gearing. The frame has a bottle-cage mount and additional fork mounting points intended for touring or bikepacking gear.
A MIK-compatible rear rack is rated for 10 kg (22.05 lb), according to the report. That is the rack’s stated load rating, not a guarantee that every bag or pannier will fit. Check the interface and load limits against the exact bike and accessory before buying.

The report also describes an Avinox touch display integrated into the top tube and controlled from the handlebars. It presents mode and ride information, including cadence, power and estimated remaining range. The Avinox app is reported to offer GPS and fitness tracking.

New Atlas reported a starting price of €3,999 and a starting-build weight of 23.5 kg (about 52 lb). These are figures attributed to its February 13, 2026 report, not confirmation of a current offer. The linked Velo De Ville product page returned HTTP 410 when checked for that report, so current ordering status, price, regional specifications and availability—including in the United States—are not established here.
What the specifications mean for a city rider
The reported torque figures are the Revo-C’s clearest performance distinction: the temporary Boost mode offers more assistance than standard modes, while the 600 Wh battery is a capacity figure rather than a range promise. The rack, fenders, urban tires and lights options point toward practical commuting, but the 23.5 kg reported entry weight is worth considering if you regularly carry the bike up stairs or lift it onto transport.
When comparing it with another commuter e-bike, compare nominal power separately from peak power, and standard torque separately from temporary boost. Also check battery capacity alongside a range estimate supported for the specific model, complete-bike weight, included equipment, rack rating, local assistance rules, current price and actual availability in your country. New Atlas also compared the motor with TQ HPR60 and Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5, but its figures for those systems should be checked against the manufacturers before making a direct comparison.
What is confirmed—and what remains uncertain?
The available account is a secondary report by Stefan Ionescu in New Atlas, published February 13, 2026. It supplies the product details and figures in this article, but the manufacturer page could not be accessed to verify them independently or establish a live listing. New Atlas attributes promotional remarks about the bike to Velo De Ville Sales Manager Gregor Rein; those comments represent the company’s view, not an independent assessment of performance.
