Triumph has confirmed three new 2027 motorcycles: the Street Triple 798, Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200. The company has scheduled separate reveal dates from 27 October to 15 December 2026, but has not announced when the bikes will go on sale or published full production specifications.
What new Triumph motorcycles are coming for 2027?
Triumph’s 6 October 2026 announcement names the Street Triple 798, Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200 as new 2027 models. The details are being released in stages, so the announcement confirms the bikes and their reveal schedule—not a complete specification or a purchase date. Triumph’s announcement says the Tiger 1200 and Street Triple 798 will be displayed at EICMA and Motorcycle Live.

What has Triumph said about the new Tiger 1200?
The Tiger 1200 is scheduled for its reveal on 27 October 2026. Triumph says its updated 1200cc triple engine will bring increased performance and refinement, alongside advanced rider technology and the most sophisticated suspension package the company has fitted to a motorcycle. Those are manufacturer descriptions; the announcement does not give output figures, suspension details or a list of rider-assistance features.

What is known about the Street Triple 798?
Triumph says it will publish the Street Triple 798’s specification on 17 November 2026. The new bike is to use a 798cc engine developed for the 2027 Moto2 championship, and the company describes its specification as more performance-focused than that of previous models. Final production-bike power, torque and other specifications have not yet been announced, so the Moto2 connection should not be treated as a substitute for those figures.
What changes are announced for the Tiger 900?
Triumph has scheduled the new Tiger 900’s full specification and details for 15 December 2026. At a high level, the company says it will have a more powerful and refined engine, an upgraded chassis, enhanced rider technology and next-generation connectivity as standard. It has not yet published the specific hardware, features or market availability behind those descriptions.

Will the new Tigers have radar or adaptive cruise control?
That has not been confirmed by Triumph. A 6 October report by Visordown noted visible sensors in images of the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200 and suggested they might indicate radar assistance or adaptive cruise control. The report also said their function was unclear; the images are not confirmation that either feature will appear on the production bikes.

The announcement establishes that the three models are coming and gives a broad outline of their updates, but it does not provide enough detail for a meaningful specification or price comparison. In particular, it gives no final power figures, trim breakdowns, market-specific prices or delivery dates. Those details will matter for comparing the two Tiger models’ engines, chassis, suspension, rider assistance and connectivity, and for assessing the Street Triple against other roadsters.

Triumph Chief Marketing Officer Nick Bell said the company had “four important model launches coming over the next three months,” beginning with the Bonneville T40, and that it would share full details of each bike “in the coming weeks.” The statement appeared in the 6 October announcement.
