The Westfalia James Cook 600 D is the closest match: it is based on a Mercedes Sprinter and has a manufacturer-described large indoor shower room with a retractable washbasin. Its Nugget-like quality is the way the living and kitchen areas are zoned—not identical bathroom equipment. Westfalia also sells a related James Cook 600 E, but its standard rear slide-out and specifications are different.
Which Westfalia Mercedes camper has an indoor bathroom?
The Westfalia James Cook 600 D is the best-supported answer. Westfalia identifies the base vehicle as a Mercedes Sprinter and describes its washroom as a “large shower room with retractable washbasin.” The page also lists separate heating zones for the living area and shower room.
The shower room is the key distinction from the Ford Nugget description discussed below: the 600 D has an indoor shower room, while Ford describes an exterior shower at the Nugget’s rear. The cited descriptions do not establish whether every Nugget model year or market has other bathroom equipment.
What the James Cook 600 D includes
Westfalia’s 2025 collection and model information describe a compact motorhome with a distinct kitchen, washroom, sleeping area and cargo space.

Westfalia lists the 600 D at 5.93 m long and 2.05 m wide. Listed height varies from 2.75 m to 2.98 m according to trim and roof configuration. A pop-up roof, all-wheel drive and adjustable lounge bench are among the listed options, so confirm the equipment and dimensions of the specific vehicle.
What “Nugget-like” means—and what it does not
Westfalia’s Nugget Pop-Up-Roof description emphasizes a separated kitchen and living area. That is the useful layout comparison: both descriptions invite a buyer to think about how separate functions are arranged inside a camper. It does not mean the two vehicles have the same floor plan or bathroom.

For the Nugget, Ford Germany’s current page describes a warm-water exterior shower at the rear, supplied by an integrated boiler. An optional tailgate tent provides privacy. That is not the same as the James Cook’s indoor shower room. The cited Ford information does not establish that every Nugget generation and market has the same shower or lacks other bathroom options.

How the James Cook 600 E differs
The James Cook 600 E is a related Mercedes-based model, not simply another name for the 600 D. Westfalia describes a large shower room and lists a rear slide-out as standard. Its page gives a length of 5.93 m, width of 2.05 m and height of 2.85 m; bed dimensions are listed as 170 × 207 cm or 142 × 207 cm depending on version. The page labels multiple roof and body variants, so verify the exact configuration before relying on a bed figure or transferring any 600 D specification.

- Consider the Nugget configuration cited here if you prioritize its separated kitchen and living area, five listed seats and more compact stated dimensions, and an exterior shower meets your needs.
- Compare the 600 E separately if its standard rear slide-out interests you; do not assume the 600 D’s bed, dimensions or other equipment carry over.
