The Chinese motorcycle most often identified as a Triumph Bonneville Bobber lookalike is the Zero LH450. It shares the Bobber’s stripped-back, low-slung style, but the available figures describe a different, smaller motorcycle—not a licensed Triumph or a mechanical equivalent. The identification is not certain from the title alone: the Zongshen Cyclone RA 600 is another Chinese Bobber-style bike.
Which Chinese motorcycle looks like the Triumph Bobber?
In an April 2023 report, Motorrad Online’s Maik Schwarz identified the Zero LH450 as a new Chinese manufacturer’s first model and compared its styling to the Triumph Bonneville Bobber. The report’s headline called it a China-made Bobber copy. That makes the LH450 the strongest match for the unnamed bike in this article’s title, but not the only plausible one.
The name can also cause confusion: this China-based Zero motorcycle brand is unrelated to Zero Motorcycles, the California electric-motorcycle company. And “clone” describes the styling comparison; the reported LH450 specifications do not establish a Triumph license or shared mechanical design.
What the 2023 report says about the Zero LH450
Motorrad Online reported the following launch-era details. These are figures attributed to that 2023 article, not independently verified current manufacturer specifications.

The report said the LH450 was expected to enter the Chinese market in 2023. That expectation does not establish whether it entered production or is currently on sale. Current export status, local dealers, warranty coverage and parts supply are not established here.
How it compares with the China-market Triumph Bonneville Bobber
Triumph’s official China-market Bobber page lists a 1,200 cc parallel twin, 78 PS at 6,100 rpm, 106 Nm at 4,000 rpm, a six-speed transmission, X-ring chain final drive, 250 kg wet weight and a 690 mm seat height. The page also specifies a 14-litre tank and 16-inch wheels. Its listed starting price is ¥128,900. These are China-market figures from Triumph’s page, accessed in 2026; prices and specifications can vary by market and model year.

The figures point to a clear distinction: the reported LH450 uses a much smaller engine and belt drive, while Triumph’s China-market Bobber is a 1,200 cc motorcycle with chain drive. The quoted prices are from different dates and have different qualifications, so they should not be treated as a current, like-for-like comparison or used to infer an export-market price.
Could the title mean the Cyclone RA 600 instead?
Yes. In a separate May 2024 report, Motorrad Online described the Zongshen/Zonsen Cyclone RA 600 Bobber as another clear Bonneville Bobber lookalike. That report gave it an approximately 560 cc twin producing about 59 PS and 55 Nm. It said export plans and pricing outside China were not known at publication.

The RA 600 is a separate candidate, not evidence that the unnamed clone is definitely that model. If you are identifying a motorcycle in a photo or listing, check the model name before applying specifications or availability claims from either bike to it.
What to check before treating it as a buying option
Styling alone cannot tell you whether a motorcycle is a practical alternative. For either Chinese lookalike, verify the specific model and the seller’s documentation before comparing it with a Triumph.

- Identity: Confirm whether the bike is the Zero LH450 or Cyclone RA 600; the name “Zero” alone can refer to an unrelated electric-motorcycle company.
- Current local availability: Confirm that the exact model is currently sold in your country, rather than relying on an announcement about an expected China-market launch.
- Support: Ask who provides the warranty and whether a local dealer can supply parts and perform service. Current dealer, warranty and parts information for the LH450 is not established by the cited launch-era report.
- Specifications: Request the current specification sheet for your market and model year. In particular, establish weight and whether ABS is actually fitted; the LH450 report did not provide a weight and only inferred ABS.
- Comparable pricing: Compare current local prices for the same market and include any relevant delivery or registration costs. The LH450’s reported 2023 China introduction price is not a verified current retail or export price.
What is—and is not—established about the LH450
The Zero LH450 merits attention as a reported Bobber-style motorcycle with its own smaller twin-cylinder powertrain, not as a Triumph rebadged or a proven one-for-one substitute. The available account is a 2023 launch report, not a current manufacturer specification sheet, independent road test or reliability record. It does not establish current sales, export availability or after-sales support.
Triumph’s separate 2025 Bonneville Bobber TFC was described by the company as limited to 750 motorcycles worldwide. That limit applies specifically to the TFC edition; it is not a production figure for the standard Bonneville Bobber.
